【摘要】：基于中國(guó)270個(gè)地級(jí)及以上城市2007-2013年的面板數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用空間杜賓模型分析了地方政府的生產(chǎn)性財(cái)政支出競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、對(duì)外開(kāi)放對(duì)環(huán)境污染的影響。結(jié)果顯示:城市間的環(huán)境污染在空間上存在著明顯的正向關(guān)聯(lián);地方政府競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇了環(huán)境質(zhì)量的惡化;對(duì)外開(kāi)放對(duì)環(huán)境污染的影響具有差異性,貿(mào)易開(kāi)放加劇了環(huán)境的污染程度,引資開(kāi)放對(duì)環(huán)境污染具有改善作用;在交互分析中,貿(mào)易開(kāi)放加劇了地方政府競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)環(huán)境惡化的作用,引資開(kāi)放對(duì)地方政府競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的環(huán)境污染效應(yīng)的影響不明顯;不同區(qū)域的地方政府競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和對(duì)外開(kāi)放對(duì)環(huán)境污染的影響程度存在顯著差異。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 270 prefectural cities in China from 2007 to 2013, this paper analyzes the effects of local governments' productive fiscal expenditure competition and opening to the outside world on environmental pollution by using spatial Doberbin model. The results show that there is an obvious positive correlation between the environment pollution between cities, the competition of local government exacerbates the deterioration of environmental quality, and the impact of opening to the outside world on environmental pollution is different. The opening up of trade intensifies the degree of environmental pollution, and the opening up of foreign investment can improve the environmental pollution. In the interactive analysis, trade openness intensifies the role of local government competition in environmental degradation. The effect of local government competition on environmental pollution is not obvious, and the influence of local government competition and opening to the outside world on environmental pollution is significant difference in different regions.
