【摘要】："微腐敗"是我國基層政治生活中存在的一個突出問題。它的產(chǎn)生與基層政治文化密切相關(guān)。宗族觀念、家長制傳統(tǒng)、官本位意識和全能主義思想等是"微腐敗"滋生的文化基礎(chǔ)。"圈子文化"加速向基層政治領(lǐng)域滲透,特權(quán)思想和特權(quán)現(xiàn)象的泛化,雙重政治認(rèn)同的形成與普遍化,公共資源配置中的"差序格局"等是"微腐敗"形成的機(jī)理。治理"微腐敗"必須從加強(qiáng)基層政治文化建設(shè)入手,徹底肅清封建主義殘余思想影響,推動傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀政治文化的創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展,為營造良好政治生態(tài)奠定堅實的思想文化基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Micro-corruption is a prominent problem in the political life of our country. It is closely related to the political culture at the grassroots level. Patriarchal concept, patriarchal tradition, officialdom consciousness and omnipotism are the cultural basis of "slight corruption". The mechanism of the formation of "micro-corruption" is to accelerate the infiltration of circle culture into the political field at the grass-roots level, the generalization of privilege thought and privilege phenomenon, the formation and generalization of double political identity, and the "differential order pattern" in the allocation of public resources. To deal with "micro-corruption," we must start with strengthening the construction of political culture at the grass-roots level, thoroughly eliminate the influence of the remnants of feudalism, and promote the creative transformation and innovative development of the traditional excellent political culture. To build a good political ecology to lay a solid ideological and cultural foundation.
