【摘要】："互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"時代,電商對農(nóng)村服務(wù)供給將產(chǎn)生催化作用。通過對東部地區(qū)S縣案例的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)電商的介入既能使部分公共服務(wù)通過市場化方式得到有效供給,也可破解市場服務(wù)短缺的問題,從而形成農(nóng)村服務(wù)的"連帶"供給模式。這一模式創(chuàng)新蘊(yùn)涵的特定機(jī)理為:政府能力的不足反而促使其引入外部合作主體;市場機(jī)制亟待被激活進(jìn)而在合作供給服務(wù)中發(fā)揮基礎(chǔ)性作用;社會企業(yè)可成為農(nóng)村公共服務(wù)與市場服務(wù)的鏈接機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In the era of Internet, e-commerce will play a catalytic role in rural service supply. Based on the case study of S county in eastern China, it is found that the intervention of e-commerce can not only make some public services supply effectively through marketization, but also solve the problem of market service shortage, thus forming the "joint" supply mode of rural services. The specific mechanism of this mode innovation is that the deficiency of the government's ability leads to the introduction of the external cooperative main body, the market mechanism needs to be activated to play a fundamental role in the cooperative supply and service, and the market mechanism needs to be activated to play a fundamental role in the supply and service of cooperation. Social enterprise can become the link mechanism of rural public service and market service.
