【摘要】:隨著數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、無(wú)帶化電視技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,硬盤播出、非線性編輯、共享存儲(chǔ)等技術(shù)使得電視臺(tái)固定資產(chǎn)狀況日新月異。電視的技術(shù)進(jìn)步以及快速運(yùn)作模式對(duì)資產(chǎn)管理提出了全新的要求。電視臺(tái)原有資產(chǎn)在采購(gòu)及管理上均是人工操作為主,存在較大的隨意性和管理方面的漏洞,簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)來(lái)主要有以下幾點(diǎn):在庫(kù)存報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì)方面存在統(tǒng)計(jì)不準(zhǔn)確的狀況;難以實(shí)現(xiàn)資產(chǎn)從請(qǐng)購(gòu)到入庫(kù)的全程監(jiān)控和流程重現(xiàn);對(duì)資產(chǎn)當(dāng)前狀態(tài)(搶修、保養(yǎng)、報(bào)廢等)難以及時(shí)跟蹤掌握。電視臺(tái)原有的資產(chǎn)管理方式和理念已經(jīng)難以滿足今天日益豐富的資產(chǎn)類別和復(fù)雜的資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù),造成了大量人力物力的浪費(fèi),造成了電視臺(tái)資產(chǎn)采購(gòu)及管理效率低下。開發(fā)一套穩(wěn)定適用的固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)提高電視臺(tái)固定資產(chǎn)管理效率、彌補(bǔ)當(dāng)前管理方式的漏洞和不足具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 在對(duì)電視臺(tái)固定資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)流程和相關(guān)理論深入調(diào)研后,結(jié)合軟件系統(tǒng)常用架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及分層理論實(shí)現(xiàn)了臺(tái)內(nèi)固定資產(chǎn)從請(qǐng)購(gòu)到報(bào)廢全生命周期的流程管理和狀態(tài)跟蹤。論文寫作經(jīng)歷了以下幾個(gè)步驟:需求分析、概要設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、編碼實(shí)現(xiàn)、測(cè)試以及最終對(duì)以上步驟加工整理形成論文。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過(guò)程采用軟件工程思想對(duì)項(xiàng)目的成本和軟件質(zhì)量進(jìn)行科學(xué)的組織和管理。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)應(yīng)用了輕量級(jí)框架Spring,其基于JavaBeans并采用控制反轉(zhuǎn)原則的配置管理,使得系統(tǒng)的組件開發(fā)更加快捷簡(jiǎn)易。采用MyBatis實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)持久化,MyBatis是支持普通SQL查詢,存儲(chǔ)過(guò)程和高級(jí)映射的優(yōu)秀持久層框架。 電視臺(tái)固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了公共管理、日常管理和報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì)三個(gè)功能模塊。其中公共管理模塊作為系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的設(shè)置、存儲(chǔ)中心,實(shí)現(xiàn)了包括人員、角色權(quán)限管理、資產(chǎn)分類設(shè)置及供應(yīng)商管理等功能。日常管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了電視臺(tái)固定資產(chǎn)的入庫(kù)、領(lǐng)用、返庫(kù)、借用、變更、維修、報(bào)廢等日常操作的跟蹤記錄,,保證了固定資產(chǎn)狀態(tài)變更有據(jù)可查。報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì)模塊根據(jù)預(yù)定義的報(bào)表格式和系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)存儲(chǔ)的數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了電視臺(tái)固定資產(chǎn)報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì)功能,主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了領(lǐng)用、庫(kù)存、借用歸還及維修報(bào)表。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of digital, networked and non-banded television technology, hard disk broadcasting, non-linear editing, shared storage and other technologies make the status of fixed assets of TV station changing rapidly.The technological progress of TV and the fast operation mode put forward new requirements to asset management.The original assets of TV station are mainly manual operation in purchasing and management, and there are larger randomness and loopholes in management. In brief, there are the following points: there are inaccurate statistics in the statistics of inventory statements;It is difficult to realize the whole process monitoring and process reappearance of assets from requisition to storehouse, and it is difficult to keep track of the current status of assets (repair, maintenance, scrapping, etc.) in time.The original asset management methods and concepts of TV stations have been unable to meet today's increasingly rich asset classes and complex asset management business, resulting in a lot of waste of manpower and material resources, resulting in the low efficiency of asset procurement and management of TV stations.It is of practical significance to develop a stable and applicable fixed assets management system to improve the efficiency of fixed assets management of TV stations and to make up the loopholes and deficiencies of current management methods.After deeply investigating the business process and related theories of fixed assets management in TV station, the process management and status tracking of fixed assets in the station from purchasing to scrapping life cycle are realized by combining the common architecture design of software system and stratification theory.The thesis has experienced the following steps: requirements analysis, summary design, detailed design, coding implementation, testing and final processing of the above steps to form a paper.In the process of system development, the project cost and software quality are scientifically organized and managed by software engineering.The development of the system uses the lightweight framework Spring, which is based on JavaBeans and adopts the principle of inversion of control configuration management, which makes the development of system components faster and easier.Using MyBatis to implement system data persistence is an excellent persistence layer framework which supports common SQL query, stored procedure and high-level mapping.The fixed assets management system of TV station mainly realizes three function modules: public management, daily management and report statistics.The common management module is used as the setting and storage center of the basic data of the system, which includes the functions of personnel, role permission management, asset classification setting and supplier management and so on.The daily management module realizes the track record of the daily operation of the fixed assets of TV station, such as entering, receiving, returning, borrowing, changing, maintaining, scrapping and so on, which ensures that the state change of fixed assets can be documented.According to the predefined report format and the real-time data stored by the system, the report statistics module realizes the statistical function of the fixed assets report of TV station, which mainly realizes the collection, inventory, loan return and maintenance report.
