【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為城市治理創(chuàng)新的重要利器。以紐約、芝加哥和新加坡為案例,分析歸納了大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用于紐約、芝加哥和新加坡城市治理創(chuàng)新的背景、所采取的關(guān)鍵措施、取得的成效和主要經(jīng)驗(yàn),并對(duì)不同治理模式的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行比較分析,最后從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、機(jī)制體制、數(shù)據(jù)治理等方面歸納總結(jié)了可供參考借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Big data's technology has become an important weapon in urban governance innovation. Taking New York, Chicago and Singapore as examples, this paper analyzes and summarizes the background and key measures taken by big data in the application of urban governance innovation in New York, Chicago and Singapore. The results and main experiences are compared and analyzed. Finally, the experiences for reference are summarized from the aspects of leadership, mechanism system, data governance and so on.
