【摘要】：近年來,由于高等教育快速發(fā)展及其一系列變革和日趨復雜的高校內外部環(huán)境相互作用,使得我國高校進入了一個突發(fā)事件高發(fā)期。許多突發(fā)事件既影響了高校正常的秩序,又損害了高校的的形象和聲譽。在突發(fā)事件中,高校的信息溝通管理能力直接影響到高校突發(fā)事件管理的效率和成敗。因此,現階段高校必須重視和加強在突發(fā)事件管理中信息溝通機制的研究。本文在運用公共管理中的信息溝通管理理論對我國高校突發(fā)事件信息溝通管理存在的問題及影響因素分析的基礎上,從加強信息溝通管理機制中組織維度的機制建設、完善信息溝通管理機制中利益維度的表達機制、優(yōu)化信息溝通管理機制中內容維度的機制體系等方面,對我國高校突發(fā)事件信息溝通管理機制提出一些建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the rapid development of higher education and a series of changes and more complex in the internal and external environment interaction, the colleges and universities in China has entered a period of high incidence of unexpected events. Many unexpected events not only affect the normal order, and damage the image and reputation. In the event of an emergency, information communication management ability in Colleges and universities directly affects the efficiency and success of the university emergency management. Therefore, the present stage of colleges and universities must pay attention to and strengthen the research on emergency management information communication mechanism. Based on the analysis of the existing problems and influencing factors of universities emergency communication management information communication management theory in public management on the mechanism of strengthening the construction of management mechanism from the information communication in the dimension of organization, the expression mechanism of interest to improve the management mechanism of information communication, optimization The mechanism system of the content dimension in the information communication management mechanism, and so on, put forward some suggestions to the information communication management mechanism of the emergency event in our country.
