【摘要】：國際形勢正經歷冷戰(zhàn)結束以來最深刻的演變。全球化進程有所退潮、大國力量對比變化加速、國際戰(zhàn)略格局深度調整、各國公共管理遭遇難題、不同社會思潮相互角力。世界正進入一個充滿混沌與焦灼的新時期,在和平與沖突、發(fā)展與衰退、開放與孤立、自由與保守中,人類再一次面臨重大的權衡與選擇。中國努力"高舉合作共贏旗幟,引領開放變革潮流",在世界亂局中維護發(fā)展的良好外部環(huán)境,在國際體系變局中提升地位影響和制度性權利。中國30年來的發(fā)展成就是在融入既有國際體系過程中取得的,中國是既有國際體系的參與者、建設者而非挑戰(zhàn)者和顛覆者。今后,中國將以更具建設性的姿態(tài),與國際伙伴一道共同推動國際體系朝著更合理的方向發(fā)展,以更好地維護世界和平和安全,推動世界可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The international situation is undergoing the most profound evolution since the end of the Cold War. The process of globalization has retreated, the power balance of great powers has changed rapidly, the international strategic pattern has been deeply adjusted, and the public management of various countries has encountered difficulties. The world is entering a new period full of chaos and anxiety, between peace and conflict, between development and recession, between openness and isolation, and between freedom and conservatism. Once again, mankind is faced with major trade-offs and choices. China is striving to "hold high the banner of win-win cooperation and lead the trend of open change" to maintain a good external environment for development in the midst of world chaos. China's development in the past 30 years has been achieved in the process of integration with the existing international system, China is the participants in the existing international system. In the future, China will work with its international partners to promote the international system in a more rational direction in order to better maintain world peace and security. To promote sustainable development in the world.
