【摘要】：自改革開放以來,隨著中國市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,公民民主的意識不斷加強,群眾的參與政治的欲望也隨之高漲。傳統(tǒng)的大政府已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)時代要求,公共產(chǎn)品的供給模式需要與時俱進。社區(qū)矯正是政府在社會管理中的重要組成部分,是我國施行刑罰的新途徑。如何做好社區(qū)矯正工作,如何為大眾提供滿意的公共產(chǎn)品和公共服務(wù)是我國社區(qū)矯正工作的全面實施后,政府所面臨一項重要問題。只有運用社會管理創(chuàng)新的思維和方法,才能適應(yīng)當前時代變化的要求和做好當前社區(qū)矯正工作。本文以福建省大田縣社區(qū)矯正為研究對象,首先對大田縣社區(qū)矯正管理的基本情況、主要做法和初步成效等問題進行深入梳理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,運用公共管理相關(guān)理論剖析了大田縣社區(qū)矯正管理中存在的問題及其原因,進而通過借鑒國內(nèi)外主要國家和地區(qū)社區(qū)矯正管理經(jīng)驗和教訓,對大田縣的社區(qū)矯正管理工作在今后的改革和發(fā)展提出可行性建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of Chinese market economy, citizen democratic consciousness enhancement, people's participation in the political desire has also risen. The traditional government has not adapt to the requirements of the times, supply mode needs to keep pace with the times of public products. Community correction is an important part in the social management of the government, is a new way China's implementation of the penalty. How to do the work of community correction, how to provide public products and public services to the public is the full implementation of community correction in China after the government faces an important problem. Only thinking and using the method of social management innovation, in order to adapt to the current requirements of the times change and do a good job in the current community correction. This paper takes Fujian province Datian County community correction as the research object, firstly, Datian County community correction management basic situation, main measures and preliminary results Thorough combing and other issues, and on this basis, analyzes the existing problems in the management of community correction in Datian County and the reasons for the use of public management theory, and by referring to the main countries and regions of the domestic and foreign community correction management experience and lessons of Datian County Community Corrections management work put forward feasible suggestions in the reform and development in the future.
