熱效應(yīng)對(duì)組合式液壓動(dòng)密封性能影響的研究(英文)

本文介紹一種熱效應(yīng)對(duì)液壓組合式動(dòng)密封的密封性能影響的數(shù)學(xué)模型。模型以電液擺動(dòng)馬達(dá)葉片處的動(dòng)密封為例,以熱彈流潤滑理論為基礎(chǔ),除綜合考慮諸如壓力,馬達(dá)線速度等因素外,重點(diǎn)研究熱效應(yīng)對(duì)液壓動(dòng)密封性能的影響。通過三維模型建立流場(chǎng)參數(shù)與密封性能之間的關(guān)系后進(jìn)行了數(shù)值求解,并分析熱效應(yīng)對(duì)動(dòng)密封性能的影響。
