【摘要】：在液壓系統(tǒng)中經常出現多缸順序動作,針對順序動作液壓系統(tǒng)電氣控制回路設計時常出現調試時間長或設計的電氣控制回路復雜等情況,把X-D圖法應用到順序動作液壓系統(tǒng)電氣控制回路的設計上,并根據液壓系統(tǒng)常需要中間繼電器進行自鎖的特點,提出X-D-J(信號-動作-繼電器)圖法,將中間繼電器信號也一起表示在圖中,直觀地反映出故障信號,方便障礙信號消除,快捷構建執(zhí)行信號。實踐證明:該方法設計效率高,設計的電氣控制回路結構簡單,降低設計成本,為多缸順序動作液壓系統(tǒng)的電氣控制回路設計與檢驗提供一種直觀的方法。
