基于球面調(diào)和映射的意象產(chǎn)品三維形態(tài)融合技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展和市場競爭的愈發(fā)激烈,產(chǎn)品設計和開發(fā)的方式各不相同,僅僅符合產(chǎn)品使用功能遠不能滿足消費者的需求,能夠了解消費者的產(chǎn)品喜好以及幫助他們建立更加愉悅的產(chǎn)品造型是設計師和制造商面臨的新挑戰(zhàn)。對此,產(chǎn)品的造型在調(diào)動消費者情感上占據(jù)了非常重要的地位。關(guān)于產(chǎn)品造型及意象的研究,也受到了國內(nèi)外學者的普遍關(guān)注。 本研究以意象產(chǎn)品形態(tài)出發(fā),分析了消費者對于產(chǎn)品造型形態(tài)所形成的感性意象,運用球面調(diào)和映射的分析方法,提出了一種豐富產(chǎn)品形態(tài)的新方法。本研究一共包含三個階段: 第一,運用感性工學方法提取樣本及感性意象,并利用主成分分析法建立消費者感性意象與產(chǎn)品三維形態(tài)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)程度,創(chuàng)建樣本意象尺度分布圖,確定實驗樣本形態(tài); 第二,采用三維工程軟件對確定的樣本進行三維模型的建立,對其進行三角網(wǎng)格劃分,提取網(wǎng)格化模型的表面數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu),運用球面調(diào)和映射的分析方法對網(wǎng)格化的三維模型表面進行球面參數(shù)化,使之生成球面嵌入體模型,并對球面參數(shù)化數(shù)據(jù)進行提; 第三,運用得到的球面嵌入體模型,建立兩種不同產(chǎn)品三維形態(tài)表面上各個點的對應關(guān)系,利用線性插值方法得到更多的融合產(chǎn)品形態(tài),設計計算機圖形用戶界面對融合產(chǎn)品的三維形態(tài)進行展示,分析融合產(chǎn)品形態(tài)所包含的意象,對本研究的創(chuàng)新點進行論證。 選取兩個不同形態(tài)的汽車車身模型為實例進行研究,結(jié)果表明該方法對于產(chǎn)品形態(tài)的融合具有很好的適用性,在計算機輔助產(chǎn)品形態(tài)造型設計中將具有良好的應用前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of technology and the increasingly fierce market competition, the ways of product design and development are different. It is a new challenge for designers and manufacturers to understand consumers' product preferences and help them to establish more pleasant product modeling, which can only meet the needs of consumers. In this regard, the product modeling in the mobilization of consumer emotion occupies a very important position. The research on product modeling and image has also been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad. Based on the image product form, this paper analyzes the perceptual image formed by consumers' product modeling form, and puts forward a new method to enrich the product form by using the analysis method of spherical harmonic mapping. This study consists of three stages: first, the perceptual engineering method is used to extract samples and perceptual images, and the principal component analysis is used to establish the correlation degree between consumer perceptual images and three-dimensional morphology of products, and the scale distribution map of sample images is created to determine the experimental sample morphology. Secondly, the 3D model of the determined sample is established by using 3D engineering software, and the surface data structure of the gridding model is extracted, and the spherical inlay model is generated by using the spherical harmonic mapping analysis method to generate the spherical inlay model and extract the spherical parametric data. Thirdly, the corresponding relationship of each point on the surface of two different products is established by using the spherical embedded body model, more fusion product forms are obtained by using linear interpolation method, the computer graphic user interface is designed to display the three-dimensional shape of the fusion product, the images contained in the fusion product form are analyzed, and the innovation points of this study are demonstrated. Two automobile body models with different shapes are selected as examples to study. The results show that this method has good applicability to the fusion of product morphology and will have a good application prospect in computer aided product shape modeling design.
