基于混合遺傳算法的車間動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)擾動(dòng)事件影響下的車間調(diào)度問(wèn)題,基于事件驅(qū)動(dòng)策略和滾動(dòng)窗口技術(shù),綜合考慮完工時(shí)間與交貨期,建立了作業(yè)車間動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)度模型。為了求解該模型,設(shè)計(jì)出模擬退火遺傳算法,對(duì)算法的編碼解碼、遺傳算子等方面進(jìn)行改造。通過(guò)仿真得到初始調(diào)度方案,然后在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)度策略對(duì)交貨期提前、機(jī)器故障、部件殘品擾動(dòng)事件進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)對(duì)某公司產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行實(shí)例驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明上述研究能夠得到滿意的調(diào)度方案。此模型和算法是可行且有效的,可以較好地應(yīng)用到企業(yè)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the job shop scheduling problem under the influence of disturbance events, based on event-driven strategy and rolling window technology, considering the completion time and delivery time, the dynamic scheduling model of job shop is established. In order to solve the model, a simulated annealing genetic algorithm is designed, and the coding and decoding of the algorithm, genetic operator and so on are modified. The initial scheduling scheme is obtained by simulation, and then the dynamic scheduling strategy is used to study the delivery time, machine failure and component residual disturbance events. Through an example of a company, the results show that the above research can get a satisfactory scheduling scheme. This model and algorithm are feasible and effective, and can be well applied to the actual production of enterprises.
