基于云臺山旅游紡織紀(jì)念品的設(shè)計(jì)研究與運(yùn)營方式研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of China's influence in the international community and the significant increase in the level of national consumption, China's tourism industry has become a real tourism country because of its rapid heating up, but the structure of the tourism industry chain is not reasonable enough at present. The sales of tourist souvenirs, which play an important role in the tourism industry chain, are still very low, with data showing that it is only about 5%, while developed countries account for more than 60%. Tourism textile souvenirs, which play an important role in tourist souvenir market, have obvious shortcomings in design, development and operation. Through investigation, this paper finds out that the phenomenon of "homogenization" of tourist souvenirs in scenic spots is serious, lack of characteristics, its design and development ability is low, lack of due design management process, as well as the operation mode of product commercialization. This paper takes the tourism textile souvenirs in Yuntai Mountain Scenic spot as the starting point, through field investigation and SPASS analysis, fully understands the present situation of design and application and consumption demand of tourist textile souvenirs in Yuntai Mountain Scenic spot. In the design and development of tourism textile souvenirs in Yuntai Mountain, it is based on highlighting the unique regional nature of Yuntai Mountain, emphasizing practical functionality, interest, fashion and innovation. The design principles and design elements of Yuntai Mountain tourism textile souvenirs are put forward, and a series of tourism textile souvenirs with unique regional characteristics of Yuntai Mountain are designed and developed. In order to improve the shortcomings of the existing tourist textile souvenirs in Yuntai Mountain Scenic spot, a reference path is explored. In order to ensure the maximization of the design ability in the development of tourism textile souvenirs in Yuntai Mountain, this paper makes a deep study on the design management system, and constructs the personnel management and staffing mode in the system. Organizational form and reasonable management and design process. In order to successfully bring the developed Yuntai Mountain tourist textile souvenirs to the market, this paper takes the tourism commemorative socks as an example, simulates the process of commercialization, and makes a strategic evaluation (SWTO analysis and exit strategy) in the market competition. This paper discusses how to select the best raw material supplier and product processor, puts forward the feasible marketing strategy, and analyzes and evaluates the finance and risk.
