基于云臺山旅游紡織紀(jì)念品的設(shè)計(jì)研究與運(yùn)營方式研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著中國在國際社會影響力的提升,國民消費(fèi)水平顯著提高,中國旅游業(yè)升溫迅速,已成為一個真正的旅游大國,但是目前旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的結(jié)構(gòu)還不夠合理,在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中占有重要地位的旅游紀(jì)念品的銷售額還很低,資料顯示僅為5%左右,而發(fā)達(dá)國家占到了60%以上,在旅游紀(jì)念品市場占有重要地位的旅游紡織紀(jì)念品在設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)與運(yùn)營上更是存在著明顯的不足。本論文通過調(diào)研了解到,當(dāng)前旅游景區(qū)內(nèi)的旅游紀(jì)念品“同質(zhì)化”現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,缺乏特色,其設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)能力較低,缺少應(yīng)有的設(shè)計(jì)管理過程,以及產(chǎn)品商品化的運(yùn)營方式。 本論文以云臺山景區(qū)中的旅游紡織紀(jì)念品為研究的切入點(diǎn),通過實(shí)地調(diào)研和SPASS分析,充分了解云臺山景區(qū)旅游紡織紀(jì)念品的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀與消費(fèi)需求,在對云臺山旅游紡織紀(jì)念品的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)中,以突出云臺山獨(dú)具特色的地域性為根本,強(qiáng)調(diào)實(shí)用功能性、情趣性、時尚性和創(chuàng)新性,且有針對性地提出了云臺山旅游紡織紀(jì)念品的設(shè)計(jì)原則與設(shè)計(jì)要素,并據(jù)此設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)出了一系列獨(dú)具云臺山地域特色的旅游紡織紀(jì)念品,,為改善云臺山景區(qū)現(xiàn)有旅游紡織紀(jì)念品的不足,探索了一條可供參考的路徑。 為保障云臺山旅游紡織紀(jì)念品開發(fā)中的設(shè)計(jì)能力實(shí)施的最大化,本論文對設(shè)計(jì)管理體系進(jìn)行了深入研究,構(gòu)建了該體系中的人員管理、人員配置方式、組織形式以及合理的管理和設(shè)計(jì)流程。 為能夠?qū)㈤_發(fā)出的云臺山旅游紡織紀(jì)念品成功推向市場,本論文以旅游紀(jì)念襪為例,模擬了其商品化的過程,對其在市場競爭中做出了戰(zhàn)略評估(SWTO分析和退出策略),對如何選擇最佳的原料供應(yīng)商與產(chǎn)品加工商進(jìn)行了探討,提出了切實(shí)可行的市場營銷策略,并對財(cái)務(wù)和風(fēng)險做出分析和評估。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of China's influence in the international community and the significant increase in the level of national consumption, China's tourism industry has become a real tourism country because of its rapid heating up, but the structure of the tourism industry chain is not reasonable enough at present. The sales of tourist souvenirs, which play an important role in the tourism industry chain, are still very low, with data showing that it is only about 5%, while developed countries account for more than 60%. Tourism textile souvenirs, which play an important role in tourist souvenir market, have obvious shortcomings in design, development and operation. Through investigation, this paper finds out that the phenomenon of "homogenization" of tourist souvenirs in scenic spots is serious, lack of characteristics, its design and development ability is low, lack of due design management process, as well as the operation mode of product commercialization. This paper takes the tourism textile souvenirs in Yuntai Mountain Scenic spot as the starting point, through field investigation and SPASS analysis, fully understands the present situation of design and application and consumption demand of tourist textile souvenirs in Yuntai Mountain Scenic spot. In the design and development of tourism textile souvenirs in Yuntai Mountain, it is based on highlighting the unique regional nature of Yuntai Mountain, emphasizing practical functionality, interest, fashion and innovation. The design principles and design elements of Yuntai Mountain tourism textile souvenirs are put forward, and a series of tourism textile souvenirs with unique regional characteristics of Yuntai Mountain are designed and developed. In order to improve the shortcomings of the existing tourist textile souvenirs in Yuntai Mountain Scenic spot, a reference path is explored. In order to ensure the maximization of the design ability in the development of tourism textile souvenirs in Yuntai Mountain, this paper makes a deep study on the design management system, and constructs the personnel management and staffing mode in the system. Organizational form and reasonable management and design process. In order to successfully bring the developed Yuntai Mountain tourist textile souvenirs to the market, this paper takes the tourism commemorative socks as an example, simulates the process of commercialization, and makes a strategic evaluation (SWTO analysis and exit strategy) in the market competition. This paper discusses how to select the best raw material supplier and product processor, puts forward the feasible marketing strategy, and analyzes and evaluates the finance and risk.
