基于價(jià)值工程的工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方法研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of construction, civil engineering, water conservancy, agriculture and other key projects in China has been vigorously developed, in order to achieve a highly developed society, and strive to improve the quality of life of the people. In order to complete all kinds of projects better and faster and with higher quality, the demand for construction machinery as a tool is increasing, especially in function. One of the development trends of construction machinery in the market economy is multifunction. However, there are some limiting factors such as cost, technology and man-machine interaction. The purpose of this paper is to design construction machinery products with high performance and good function. At present, the value engineering is widely used in management in order to optimize the project and reduce the cost, enhance the value and achieve better economic benefits. In industrial design, it can scientifically and effectively carry out innovation and judge the feasibility of design. This paper is based on the theory of value engineering, drawing lessons from the foreign understanding and overview of value engineering, taking the analysis and evaluation of the functions of construction machinery products as the keynote, combining with the characteristics of the construction machinery products summarized in this paper. And the shape, man machine, color and material that need to be considered in its design, and then combine the whole work plan of value engineering with the procedure and method of industrial design. Finally, a set of product design principles, procedures and methods of construction machinery are obtained and verified in the design of steel bar straightening and cutting machine. Some methods of function definition, analysis and evaluation in value engineering are applied to the improved equipment design required by the customer, so as to realize the improvement or creation in a scientific, effective and complete way. In short, value engineering is urgently needed to be widely used in the design of construction machinery products in order to meet the changing needs of customers and the requirements of the market, to improve the value of their products, and to create an upgraded version of machinery products.
