柔性集裝袋底袋自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:柔性集裝袋廣泛運(yùn)用于運(yùn)輸業(yè)。隨著全球化的進(jìn)程,物流業(yè)高速發(fā)展,對(duì)柔性集裝袋的需求不斷增加。美國(guó)、日本等國(guó)由于人工成本高,生產(chǎn)柔性集裝袋利潤(rùn)小,其物流業(yè)更傾向于從外國(guó)進(jìn)口柔性集裝袋,為我國(guó)生產(chǎn)柔性集裝袋提供了良好的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)。我國(guó)生產(chǎn)柔性集裝袋起步較晚,,主要采取手工生產(chǎn)的方式,生產(chǎn)成本高,效率較低。 本文對(duì)柔性集裝袋自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),使得自動(dòng)縫紉兩種不同規(guī)格的柔性集裝袋成為可能。若自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,其生產(chǎn)效率可達(dá)1個(gè)/min,能夠有效降低人工成本,提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。因此,本文重點(diǎn)在于設(shè)計(jì)柔性集裝袋自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)該設(shè)備的合理控制。 首先,對(duì)柔性集裝袋自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行總體控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)要求以及控制流程的設(shè)計(jì),合理設(shè)計(jì)出整個(gè)設(shè)備的總體控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。其次,在整體控制方案確定的基礎(chǔ)上,分析整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)即如何實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)小車通訊和自動(dòng)縫紉,通過設(shè)計(jì)上電模塊解決轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)小車與各個(gè)工位進(jìn)行通訊的問題;通過對(duì)縫紉軌跡的設(shè)計(jì)和電機(jī)的控制設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)縫紉。再次,在解決了控制的難點(diǎn)后,完成硬件系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)以及相關(guān)的控制要求,確定PLC的型號(hào),I/O口地址分配,擴(kuò)展模塊的選型;同時(shí)完成硬件設(shè)備的選型及控制方案設(shè)計(jì)如伺服電機(jī),步進(jìn)電機(jī),三相異步電機(jī)等。最后對(duì)整個(gè)自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行軟件系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),在分析整理了整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)的控制邏輯后,進(jìn)行軟件編程設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Flexible container bags are widely used in transportation industry. With the process of globalization and the rapid development of logistics industry, the demand for flexible container bags is increasing. Due to the high labor cost and low profit in producing flexible container bags, the logistics industry of the United States and Japan is more inclined to import flexible container bags from foreign countries, which provides a good development opportunity for the production of flexible container bags in China. The production of flexible container bags in China started late, mainly by manual production, with high production cost and low efficiency. In this paper, the control system of automatic production equipment for flexible container bag is designed, which makes it possible to sew two kinds of flexible container bags with different specifications. If the automatic production equipment runs stably, its production efficiency can reach 1 / min, which can effectively reduce labor cost and improve labor productivity. Therefore, the emphasis of this paper is to design the automatic control system of the flexible container bag automatic production equipment in order to realize the reasonable control of the equipment. First of all, the overall control system design of flexible container bag automatic control system is carried out. According to the production requirements of the equipment and the design of the control flow, the overall control system design of the whole equipment is designed reasonably. Secondly, on the basis of the determination of the overall control scheme, the design difficulties of the whole control system are analyzed, that is, how to realize the communication between the transfer trolley and the automatic sewing, and how to solve the communication problem between the transfer trolley and each work station through the design of the power-up module; Automatic sewing is realized by the design of sewing track and the control of motor. Thirdly, after solving the difficulty of control, the hardware system is designed. According to the structural design of automatic production equipment and related control requirements, the PLC model, I / O port address allocation, expansion module selection; At the same time, complete the selection of hardware equipment and control scheme design, such as servo motor, step motor, three-phase asynchronous motor. Finally, the software system design of the whole automatic production equipment is carried out. After analyzing the control logic of the whole control system, the software programming design is carried out.
