基于FLUENT軸流風(fēng)葉的氣動性能分析

【摘要】:利用Fluent軟件對空調(diào)室外機(jī)的軸流風(fēng)扇進(jìn)行仿真分析,分析風(fēng)扇特征對風(fēng)扇氣動性能的影響,結(jié)果表明風(fēng)扇不光滑表面可以增加吸力面的吸附能力,風(fēng)扇外緣翻邊有利于降低噪聲。最后,利用有限元軟件對風(fēng)扇進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,選擇優(yōu)化方案并進(jìn)行噪聲測試,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與仿真趨勢一致。
[Abstract]:The axial flow fan of outdoor air conditioning unit is simulated by using Fluent software, and the influence of fan characteristics on fan aerodynamic performance is analyzed. The results show that the non-smooth surface of fan can increase the adsorption capacity of suction surface. The flanging of the outer edge of the fan helps to reduce the noise. Finally, the finite element software is used for modal analysis of the fan, the optimization scheme is selected and the noise is tested. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation trend.
