基于單目標解析法橡膠式扭轉減振器建模分析

【摘要】:扭轉減振器是削減發(fā)動機扭轉振動的重要裝置,其可有效削減扭轉振動對曲軸及動力傳遞系統(tǒng)其他機構的影響。采用傳統(tǒng)雙扭擺模型搭建扭轉減振器的數(shù)學模型,應用單目標設計解析法對橡膠式扭轉減振器的結構參數(shù)、轉動慣量、阻尼和扭轉剛度進行分析設計。運用MATLAB和ADAMS對安裝扭轉減振器前后傳動軸在發(fā)動機典型工況下的扭振特性進行對比分析;對安裝減振器的傳動系統(tǒng)減振效果進行分析。結果表明:對于所研究的系統(tǒng),安裝橡膠式扭轉減振器的傳動軸扭振振幅在許用范圍內波動均勻,保證傳動軸的可靠安全運行;且在發(fā)動機臨界轉速和最大功率時,減振器將傳動軸的扭振角位移控制在許用振幅以下,橡膠式扭振減振器能夠達到更好的減振效果。
[Abstract]:Torsional shock absorber is an important device to reduce torsional vibration of engine. It can effectively reduce the influence of torsional vibration on crankshaft and other mechanisms of power transfer system. The mathematical model of torsional shock absorber is built with traditional twisting pendulum model. The structural parameters, moment of inertia, damping and torsional stiffness of rubber torsional damper are analyzed and designed by single objective design analytical method. MATLAB and ADAMS are used to compare the torsional vibration characteristics of the transmission shaft before and after the installation of the torsional shock absorber under typical conditions of the engine, and the vibration absorption effect of the transmission system installed with the damper is analyzed. The results show that, for the studied system, the torsional vibration amplitude of the transmission shaft installed with rubber torsion absorber fluctuates uniformly within the allowable range, which ensures the reliable and safe operation of the drive shaft, and at the critical speed and maximum power of the engine, The torsional angular displacement of the transmission shaft is controlled below the allowable amplitude by the shock absorber, and the rubber torsional vibration absorber can achieve better damping effect.
