輕量化高效線性壓縮機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:線性壓縮機(jī)為線性分置式斯特林制冷機(jī)的動(dòng)力源,壓縮機(jī)的效率基本決定了整機(jī)的制冷效率。本文設(shè)計(jì)出一款輕量化高效線性壓縮機(jī),采用Redlich型動(dòng)磁式直線電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu),通過向量分析法模型對(duì)線性壓縮機(jī)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)并進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:The linear compressor is the power source of the linear split Stirling refrigerator. The efficiency of the compressor basically determines the refrigeration efficiency of the whole machine. In this paper, a lightweight and efficient linear compressor is designed. The structure of linear motor with Redlich type is adopted. The dynamic design of linear compressor is carried out by vector analysis model, and the design is verified by experiment and optimized.
