基于航天可見光遙感圖像的艦船目標(biāo)檢測和速度估算方法

【摘要】:基于光學(xué)遙感圖像的艦船目標(biāo)檢測是海洋目標(biāo)檢測領(lǐng)域的重要研究方向,尤其是在海上安全形勢日趨復(fù)雜的現(xiàn)階段,基于星載光學(xué)遙感圖像的艦船目標(biāo)檢測已經(jīng)成為各國學(xué)者專家的研究重點(diǎn),在水運(yùn)交通管理、海域監(jiān)控等領(lǐng)域具有重要的研究意義和廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 本文針對可見光遙感圖像內(nèi)艦船目標(biāo)快速檢測和艦船速度準(zhǔn)確估算等問題,首先介紹了常用的目標(biāo)檢測算法和船速估算方法,建立了艦船目標(biāo)檢測和船速檢測方法的原理框架;然后,提出了一種基于可見光遙感圖像的艦船目標(biāo)檢測算法,以噪聲圖像、光照不均勻圖像和云霧干擾圖像為研究對象,結(jié)合海陸復(fù)雜背景圖像及艦船目標(biāo)的成像特點(diǎn),綜合利用圖像預(yù)處理、圖像勻光處理和抗云霧干擾等算法,快速準(zhǔn)確地實(shí)現(xiàn)海陸復(fù)雜背景下的艦船目標(biāo)檢測;最后,根據(jù)不同分辨率遙感圖像內(nèi)行駛艦船的尾跡成像特點(diǎn),研究了艦船尾跡參數(shù)與船速的物理關(guān)系,提出了在不同分辨率下進(jìn)行艦船速度估算的兩種方法。
[Abstract]:Ship target detection based on optical remote sensing image is an important research direction in the field of ocean target detection, especially at the present stage when the maritime security situation is becoming more and more complicated. Ship target detection based on space-borne optical remote sensing images has become the research focus of scholars and experts from all over the world. It has important research significance and broad application prospect in waterway traffic management, sea area monitoring and other fields. In this paper, aiming at the problems of fast detection of ship target and accurate estimation of ship velocity in visible light remote sensing image, the common algorithms of target detection and ship velocity estimation are introduced, and the principle frame of ship target detection and ship speed detection is established. Then, a ship target detection algorithm based on visible light remote sensing image is proposed, which takes noise image, uneven illumination image and cloud and fog interference image as the research object, combined with the sea and land complex background image and the imaging characteristics of ship target. Using image preprocessing, image processing and anti-cloud interference algorithms, the ship target detection under the complex background of sea and land is realized quickly and accurately. Finally, according to the characteristics of moving ship wake imaging in different resolution remote sensing image, The physical relationship between ship wake parameters and ship velocity is studied, and two methods for ship velocity estimation at different resolution are proposed.
