基于用戶體驗(yàn)的老年助行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展和人民生活水平不斷提高的今天,一款產(chǎn)品能否受到用戶的普遍認(rèn)可,除了取決于它能否滿足用戶的基本使用功能需求,還要取決于它能否滿足用戶的情感體驗(yàn)需求,尤為值得關(guān)注的是,后者的比重正在逐年上升。如何將用戶體驗(yàn)理念巧妙地融入產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中,是當(dāng)下設(shè)計(jì)工作者面臨的重要課題之一。 隨著我國老齡化問題的不斷加劇,老齡人群已經(jīng)逐步成為了社會(huì)人的重要構(gòu)成部分,老年產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)也已經(jīng)成為設(shè)計(jì)界所關(guān)注的重要領(lǐng)域。本課題從老年生活用具著手,以老年助行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)為切入點(diǎn),發(fā)現(xiàn)用戶體驗(yàn)在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中的價(jià)值,并提出相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)策,希望可以為相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)人員提供有意義的設(shè)計(jì)素材和設(shè)計(jì)啟示。 本項(xiàng)研究的第一部分是從研究背景、研究目的、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究方法五個(gè)方面來闡述該研究的必要性和可行性;第二部分陳述了用戶體驗(yàn)的相關(guān)理論并對(duì)老年人的生理特征和心理特征進(jìn)行分析歸納;第三部分陳述了助行產(chǎn)品的概念并對(duì)其現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了梳理分類,并對(duì)助行產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)要素和用戶體驗(yàn)體系進(jìn)行了研究,提出了基于用戶體驗(yàn)的老年助行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)原則和策略;第四部分是基于前期分析調(diào)研的結(jié)果,并基于用戶體驗(yàn)的老年助行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)原則所進(jìn)行的個(gè)人設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。希望本項(xiàng)研究成果能夠有助于豐富老年用品市場(chǎng),為改善老年人的生活品質(zhì)做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, whether a product can be universally accepted by users depends on whether it can meet the basic functional needs of users. It also depends on whether it meets the emotional needs of users, whose share is rising year by year. How to skillfully integrate the idea of user experience into product design is one of the most important topics that designers are facing. With the aggravation of the aging problem in our country, the aged people have gradually become an important part of the society, and the design of the aged products has become an important field of attention in the design field. This topic starts from the old life appliance, regards the old age assistant product design as the breakthrough point, discovers the value of the user experience in the product design, and puts forward the related design countermeasure, Hope to provide relevant designers with meaningful design materials and design inspiration. The first part of this research is to expound the necessity and feasibility of the research from five aspects: the background, the purpose, the significance, the present situation and the research method. The second part states the relevant theories of user experience and analyzes and induces the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly. The third part states the concept of the help products and sorts the existing products. The design elements and user experience system of the product are studied, and the design principles and strategies of the elderly helper product based on the user experience are put forward. The fourth part is based on the results of the previous analysis. And the personal design practice based on the design principle of user experience. It is hoped that this study will help to enrich the market of geriatric products and contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly.
