【摘要】：生產(chǎn)線是企業(yè)直接創(chuàng)造效益的場所,是企業(yè)所有信息的原始發(fā)源地,也是各種問題萌芽產(chǎn)生的場所。生產(chǎn)線改善作為管理的深化,它以增進顧客滿意度為目標,使用持續(xù)改善理論對生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的人員、設(shè)備、物料、作業(yè)方法、生產(chǎn)環(huán)境等各生產(chǎn)要素進行持續(xù)的改善,實現(xiàn)各生產(chǎn)要素的合理配置,從而減少生產(chǎn)過程中的浪費,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,對企業(yè)提高自身的競爭力具有十分重要的意義。本文首先介紹了精益生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展背景、核心思想以及生產(chǎn)線改善的精益原則和生產(chǎn)線改善的相關(guān)方法,同時對離散事件動態(tài)系統(tǒng)仿真技術(shù)做了進一步闡述。其次文章簡單介紹了磁頭產(chǎn)品的整體工藝并具體到其中的row bar加工生產(chǎn)線,在對row bar加工生產(chǎn)線進行了流程分析,生產(chǎn)線布局分析和操作分析之后,發(fā)現(xiàn)當前生產(chǎn)線存在的問題,基于生產(chǎn)線數(shù)據(jù)整理與分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運用Arena仿真平臺對生產(chǎn)線進行了仿真模型的建立,并對所建模型進行了有效性的驗證。然后遵循精益生產(chǎn)的理念,對row bar加工生產(chǎn)線進行流程改善、時間分析,人機操作分析及對生產(chǎn)線進行布局改善分析,在這些分析和改善的基礎(chǔ)上提出C公司row bar加工生產(chǎn)線布局的優(yōu)化方案,并對改善后的方案進行仿真分析,比較改善前后的生產(chǎn)力數(shù)據(jù)以及評價改善方案的優(yōu)劣。最后在總結(jié)全文理論與實際應用的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,指出本文在研究過程中存在的局限性與不足之處,為后續(xù)的研究工作提供了拓展的空間與改善的方向。
[Abstract]:Production line is the place where enterprises directly create benefits, the original source of all enterprise information, and the place where all kinds of problems sprout. Production line improvement as the deepening of management, it aims to improve customer satisfaction, using the theory of continuous improvement of production site personnel, equipment, materials, working methods, production environment and other production factors for continuous improvement, It is of great significance for enterprises to improve their competitiveness by realizing rational allocation of production factors, reducing waste in production process, reducing production cost, and improving production efficiency and product quality. This paper first introduces the development background of lean production, the core idea, the lean principle of production line improvement and the relevant methods of production line improvement. At the same time, the discrete event dynamic system simulation technology is further expounded. Secondly, the paper introduces the whole process of the magnetic head product and the row bar production line. After analyzing the process, layout and operation of the row bar processing line, Based on the analysis of the production line data, the Arena simulation platform is used to build the simulation model of the production line, and the validity of the model is verified. Then follow the concept of lean production, row bar processing line process improvement, time analysis, man-machine operation analysis and layout improvement analysis of the production line, On the basis of these analysis and improvement, the optimization scheme of row bar production line layout of C Company is put forward, and the improved scheme is simulated and analyzed, the productivity data before and after the improvement are compared and the advantages and disadvantages of the improved scheme are evaluated. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the research results of the theory and practical application, this paper points out the limitations and shortcomings in the research process, which provides the space for further research and the direction of improvement.
