大溫差環(huán)境下空調(diào)送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的空調(diào)送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)在大溫差環(huán)境下不能很好地進(jìn)行送風(fēng)的問(wèn)題,提出一種大溫差環(huán)境下空調(diào)送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案。對(duì)機(jī)器露點(diǎn)機(jī)組進(jìn)行有效的優(yōu)化,改變了傳統(tǒng)露點(diǎn)機(jī)組對(duì)濕度以及溫度的敏感程度,把內(nèi)耗的溫度差降到了最低,對(duì)焓濕和室內(nèi)送風(fēng)量從新進(jìn)行設(shè)定,針對(duì)大溫差環(huán)境利用敏感芯片進(jìn)行了有效的控制計(jì)算,方便針對(duì)不同環(huán)境的溫差進(jìn)行自我重新設(shè)定。對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)和風(fēng)道溫升系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,保證在大溫差環(huán)境下的調(diào)節(jié)能力,同時(shí)保持較低的耗電功率。為了驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)的大溫差環(huán)境下空調(diào)送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方案的有效性,設(shè)計(jì)了對(duì)比仿真試驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明,設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)化方案能夠進(jìn)行有效的對(duì)大溫差進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the traditional air conditioning system can not supply air well in the large temperature difference environment, an optimal design scheme of the air conditioning supply system under the large temperature difference environment is proposed. The machine dew point unit is effectively optimized, which changes the sensitivity of the traditional dew point unit to humidity and temperature, reduces the temperature difference of internal friction to the minimum, and sets the enthalpy and humidity and the indoor air supply volume from a new perspective. The sensitive chip is used to calculate the temperature difference in large temperature difference environment, which is convenient to reset the temperature difference in different environment. The temperature rise system of fan and air duct is optimized to ensure the adjustment ability under the environment of large temperature difference and to maintain low power consumption at the same time. In order to verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme of air conditioning system under large temperature difference environment, a comparative simulation experiment is designed. The experimental data show that the optimized scheme can effectively adjust the large temperature difference.
