相控聚焦超聲與圓孔交互作用的散射特性研究

【摘要】:相較于傳統(tǒng)超聲檢測,相控陣技術(shù)的聲束聚焦控制能力使得相控超聲檢測的分辨率、信噪比和靈敏度等性能得到有效提升。但針對相控超聲與缺陷的交互作用認識不足,導(dǎo)致目前檢測技術(shù)無法對缺陷進行準(zhǔn)確定性和精確定量。為此,建立了一維線陣相控超聲檢測圓孔缺陷的有限元模型,重點研究相控聚焦波束與圓孔缺陷交互作用的聲場散射特性。結(jié)果表明,圓孔散射L模態(tài)的能量主要集中于正反射區(qū)和正透射區(qū),且在透射區(qū)的能量大于反射區(qū)的能量,而在與入射聲束垂直的方向上能量極其微弱,幾乎沒有散射能量;散射L模態(tài)沿入射方向呈軸對稱分布;對于不同直徑的圓孔缺陷,直徑越大,在相同方向上散射波的能量越大;對于相同直徑的圓孔,聚焦波與平面波入射時,散射波的分布規(guī)律相同,但聚焦波散射的能量明顯高于平面波入射時散射的能量。
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional ultrasonic detection, the focusing control ability of phased array technology can effectively improve the resolution, signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity of phased ultrasonic detection. However, due to the lack of understanding of the interaction between phase-controlled ultrasound and defects, the current detection technology can not accurately qualitative and quantitative defects. In this paper, a finite element model for detecting circular hole defects by one-dimensional linear phased ultrasound is established, and the scattering characteristics of sound field of the interaction between phase focused beam and circular hole defect are studied. The results show that the energy of the circular hole scattering L mode is mainly concentrated in the positive reflection region and the positive transmission region, and the energy in the transmission region is larger than that in the reflection region, but in the direction perpendicular to the incident sound beam, the energy is very weak, and there is almost no scattering energy. The scattering L mode is axisymmetric distributed along the incident direction; the larger the diameter is, the larger the energy of scattering wave is in the same direction for the defect of circular hole with different diameters; for the same diameter circular hole, the focused wave and the plane wave are incident, The distribution of scattering wave is the same, but the energy of focused wave is obviously higher than that of plane wave.
