高效管在制冷系統(tǒng)中的蒸發(fā)傳熱性能研究

【摘要】:采用高效傳熱管可顯著提高制冷系統(tǒng)中能源的利用效率。本文制備了燒結(jié)型表面多孔管和翅片管兩種形式的高效管,對其結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進行了表征。燒結(jié)型表面多孔管的力學性能和工藝性能均符合相應的標準,滿足空調(diào)系統(tǒng)中的應用要求。以R134a為介質(zhì),通過單管實驗臺研究了多個制冷工況下,燒結(jié)型表面多孔管、翅片管和光管的蒸發(fā)傳熱特性。試驗結(jié)果表明,在各個工況下,燒結(jié)型表面多孔管的管外傳熱系數(shù)和總傳熱系數(shù)均優(yōu)于光管及翅片管,管外傳熱系數(shù)相比光管提高了8倍,相比翅片管提高了1倍。建立了兩種高效管的熱流密度q和管外傳熱系數(shù)ho之間的傳熱關聯(lián)式,具有較好的工程應用價值。燒結(jié)型表面多孔管相比于制冷系統(tǒng)中廣泛使用的翅片管,具有更優(yōu)的傳熱性能,可以進一步實現(xiàn)高效化和緊湊化,在制冷領域中具有廣闊的應用前景。
[Abstract]:The efficiency of energy utilization in refrigeration system can be improved by using high efficiency heat transfer tube. In this paper, sintered surface porous tubes and finned tubes were prepared and their structural parameters were characterized. The mechanical and technological properties of the sintered surface porous tube meet the requirements of air conditioning system. The evaporative heat transfer characteristics of sintered surface porous tube, finned tube and light tube under several refrigeration conditions were studied by using R134a as the medium. The experimental results show that the external heat transfer coefficient and total heat transfer coefficient of the sintered surface porous tube are better than those of the light tube and the finned tube under various working conditions. The heat transfer coefficient outside the tube is 8 times higher than that of the light tube, and the heat transfer coefficient is 1 times higher than that of the finned tube. The heat transfer correlation between heat flux Q and heat transfer coefficient ho of two high efficiency tubes is established, which has good engineering application value. Compared with the finned tube widely used in refrigeration system, the sintered surface porous tube has better heat transfer performance and can further achieve high efficiency and compactness. It has a broad application prospect in the field of refrigeration.
