運(yùn)輸過程中機(jī)械振動(dòng)對(duì)果蔬貯藏品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:目前,減少果蔬采后損耗這一課題正在引起越來(lái)越多人的關(guān)注。在流通過程中,果蔬往往會(huì)承受靜載、振動(dòng)、擠壓、跌落沖擊等諸多載荷形式的作用,這些都會(huì)導(dǎo)致果蔬機(jī)械損傷的產(chǎn)生,而機(jī)械損傷也正是造成果蔬采后損耗的主要因素之一。因此,本文根據(jù)運(yùn)輸過程中實(shí)際情況,研究了運(yùn)輸過程中振動(dòng)沖擊和振動(dòng)載荷對(duì)獼猴桃和西紅柿貯藏品質(zhì)的影響。主要從以下幾點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了研究:1)跌落沖擊對(duì)獼猴桃貯藏品質(zhì)的影響:在跌落試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上,通過逐漸升高跌落高度觀察不同跌落高度對(duì)獼猴桃包裝件的影響程度,直到包裝件出現(xiàn)明顯的損傷,然后在不同的溫度下對(duì)獼猴桃果實(shí)進(jìn)行貯藏,觀察其果實(shí)硬度、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量和丙二醛含量等品質(zhì)隨貯藏時(shí)間的變化過程。2)運(yùn)輸過程中機(jī)械振動(dòng)頻率對(duì)獼猴桃和西紅柿貯藏品質(zhì)的影響:在振動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)上,模擬運(yùn)輸過程中的機(jī)械振動(dòng)情況。將獼猴桃和西紅柿的包裝件分別置于振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上進(jìn)行定頻實(shí)驗(yàn),將試驗(yàn)后的兩種果實(shí)置于0℃的冷庫(kù)中貯藏,研究機(jī)械振動(dòng)對(duì)獼猴桃和西紅柿果實(shí)貯藏品質(zhì)的影響。3)運(yùn)輸過程中機(jī)械振動(dòng)加速度對(duì)獼猴桃和番茄貯藏品質(zhì)的影響:在運(yùn)輸過程中,由于運(yùn)輸工況以及果蔬包裝件所處位置的不同,各包裝件在相同振動(dòng)頻率下所承受的振動(dòng)加速度也是不相同的。在10Hz振動(dòng)頻率下,分別對(duì)相同的獼猴桃包裝和番茄包裝件進(jìn)行加速度為2.5m/s2、5m/s2以及7.5m/s2的振動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn),研究經(jīng)歷了不同加速度下運(yùn)輸過程的果蔬果實(shí)貯藏品質(zhì)的變化情況。4)機(jī)械振動(dòng)對(duì)不同堆碼高度獼猴桃貯藏品質(zhì)的影響:在實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中,進(jìn)行獼猴桃的振動(dòng)堆碼實(shí)驗(yàn),將獼猴桃包裝件進(jìn)行堆碼,設(shè)定振動(dòng)頻率10Hz,將實(shí)驗(yàn)后不同層數(shù)的獼猴桃果實(shí)置于三種不同溫度的冷庫(kù)中進(jìn)行貯藏,探究機(jī)械振動(dòng)對(duì)不同堆碼高度處上獼猴桃貯藏品質(zhì)的影響。
[Abstract]:At present, the issue of reducing postharvest loss of fruits and vegetables is attracting more and more attention. In the process of circulation, fruits and vegetables are often subjected to static load, vibration, extrusion, drop impact and many other forms of load, which will lead to fruit and vegetable mechanical damage. Mechanical damage is also one of the main factors causing postharvest loss of fruits and vegetables. Therefore, the effects of vibration shock and vibration load on the storage quality of kiwifruit and tomato were studied according to the actual conditions during transportation. The effects of drop impact on the storage quality of kiwifruit were studied from the following aspects: on the drop test bench, the effects of different drop heights on kiwifruit packaging were observed by increasing the drop height gradually. Then the kiwifruit was stored at different temperatures to observe its firmness and soluble solids content. Effect of mechanical vibration frequency on storage quality of kiwifruit and tomato during transport: on vibration test bench, mechanical vibration during transportation was simulated.
