【摘要】：隨著普適計算的發(fā)展,越來越多的系統(tǒng)服務(如商務、政務、醫(yī)療保健、銀行業(yè)務等)被普通用戶使用。作為用戶與系統(tǒng)交互的媒介,高可用性的界面有助于普通用戶快速掌握系統(tǒng)功能。然而,傳統(tǒng)的界面設計方法所設計出的交互系統(tǒng)有以下兩個缺點:一方面,用戶須有被使用系統(tǒng)的領域知識和經(jīng)驗,與系統(tǒng)的交互須在該領域知識的基礎上進行;另一方面,傳統(tǒng)用戶界面從內(nèi)部辦公人員的角度進行設計,僅強調(diào)了內(nèi)部辦公的有效性和高效性,忽略了普通用戶對界面上所呈現(xiàn)的信息缺乏理解這一事實。上述缺點由傳統(tǒng)設計方法所依據(jù)的任務模型決定,因此,由該任務模型設計出的用戶界面并不適用于普通用戶(非專業(yè)領域用戶),需要設計新的任務模型以提高用戶界面的普適可用性�；诟兄刂普摰娜蝿辗治黾夹g的界面設計方法為上述問題提供了一種可行的解決方案�；诟兄刂普摰娜蝿辗治龊徒７椒ㄔ谟脩粢鈭D層次上,按照用戶的概念刻畫他們的目標與系統(tǒng)服務之間的關系,而并非如何使用專業(yè)領域概念來操作系統(tǒng)服務。因此,基于感知控制論的任務分析和建模方法為非專業(yè)領域用戶建模和開發(fā)方便易用的交互式應用提供了一種潛在的解決方案。因此,本文提出了基于感知控制論的用戶界面設計方法(Perceptual-Control-Theory Based for User Interface,PCTBUI)。旨在給用戶提供容易理解、易于操作、在意圖層次上可以完成任務的用戶界面。此方法結(jié)合了工業(yè)界廣泛應用的層次任務分析方法(旨在總體上把握任務的完整性和任務之間的關系)和感知控制論,從而拉近用戶和界面之間的距離,使系統(tǒng)具有較高的普適可用性。最后,通過實例分析和評估說明了此方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of pervasive computing, more and more system services (such as business, government, health care, banking, etc.) are used by ordinary users. As the medium of user interaction with the system, the high availability interface helps the ordinary users to quickly master the system function. However, the interactive system designed by the traditional interface design method has the following The two shortcomings: on the one hand, the user must have the domain knowledge and experience of the system used, and the interaction with the system must be based on the knowledge of the field. On the other hand, the traditional user interface is designed from the perspective of the internal office staff, only emphasizing the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal office, ignoring the common user's appearance on the interface. The information lacks understanding. The above shortcomings are determined by the task model based on traditional design methods. Therefore, the user interface designed by this task model is not suitable for ordinary users (non professional domain users). A new task model needs to be designed to improve the universal usability of the user interface. The task based on the perception control theory. The interface design method of analytical technology provides a feasible solution for the above problems. The task analysis and modeling method based on the perception control theory, on the user's intention level, depicts the relationship between their target and the system service according to the user's concept, rather than how to operate the system service by using the concept of professional domain. Therefore, the task analysis and modeling method based on perceptual cybernetics provides a potential solution for user modeling and easy to use interactive applications in non professional fields. Therefore, this paper proposes a user interface design method based on Perceptual-Control-Theory Based for User Interface (PCTBUI). It provides users with easy to understand, easy to operate, user interface that can accomplish tasks at the intention level. This method combines the hierarchical task analysis method widely used in industry (the aim is to grasp the integrity of the task and the relationship between tasks) and the perception control theory, so as to close the distance between the user and the interface, so that the system can be used. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are illustrated by case analysis and evaluation.
