基于費效分析的航材封存方式選擇

【摘要】:目的利用費效分析對不同類型航材的封存包裝方式進行評估。方法針對不同類型的航材,利用灰色層次分析法計算不同封存方法的效能指標,將封存包裝費用分解,利用數(shù)據(jù)擬合方式分別得到不同類型費用的曲線,通過效能-費用比確定不同類型航材的最佳封存方式。結(jié)果封存的效能-費用比與航材體積相關(guān)性較強。對體積較小的金屬類航材,氣相封存的效能-費用比最高,特別是航材的價值也較小時,氣相封存的優(yōu)勢明顯;體積大于1500 cm~3的金屬類航材,綜合封存方式效能-費用比最高;對于機載設(shè)備類的航材,綜合封存的效能-費用比始終高于干燥空氣封存。結(jié)論價值和體積都較小的金屬類航材應選擇氣相封存,其余金屬類航材和全部機載設(shè)備應當選擇綜合封存方式。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the packing methods of different types of air materials by cost-effect analysis. Methods according to different types of materials, the efficiency index of different storage methods was calculated by using grey analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the cost of packing was decomposed, and the curves of different types of cost were obtained by data fitting. Determine the best storage method for different types of materials by efficiency-cost ratio. Results the efficiency-cost ratio of storage was strongly correlated with the volume of aeronautical materials. For the metal aeronautical materials with small volume, the efficiency / cost ratio of gas phase sealing is the highest, especially the value of aeronautical materials is small, the advantage of gas phase storage is obvious, and the efficiency-cost ratio of the comprehensive storage mode is the highest for metal aeronautical materials whose volume is more than 1500 cm~3. For airborne equipment materials, the efficiency-cost ratio of integrated storage is always higher than that of dry air storage. Conclusion the gas phase seal should be used for the metal materials with small value and volume, and the comprehensive storage method should be chosen for the other metal materials and all the airborne equipments.
