客戶需求驅動的產(chǎn)品變型設計方法研究

【摘要】:在當前大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)模式下,企業(yè)要不斷以低成本、高效率為客戶提供滿足多樣化、個性化需求的新產(chǎn)品。產(chǎn)品變型設計作為實現(xiàn)大規(guī)模定制的關鍵技術之一,能夠在已有的產(chǎn)品實例基礎上,通過重用企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的設計知識和生產(chǎn)資源,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的快速定制。客戶需求是企業(yè)進行產(chǎn)品設計制造的起點,滿足客戶需求是產(chǎn)品設計的關鍵,基于此本文提出了客戶需求驅動的產(chǎn)品變型設計方法,對客戶需求、變型設計方法、變型設計方案多目標規(guī)劃、設計變更的影響進行了深入的研究,具體內容如下:(1)本文研究了客戶需求的特征與分類,建立了以需求節(jié)點為基礎的客戶需求模板。針對不同類型的需求節(jié)點,定義了參數(shù)型、選項型需求節(jié)點的表達方式。構建了客戶需求獲取系統(tǒng),從而實現(xiàn)了快速、準確地獲取客戶需求。(2)為實現(xiàn)客戶需求驅動的產(chǎn)品變型設計,本文構建了以模塊為基礎的模塊化產(chǎn)品族結構模型。研究了變型設計的技術體系,提出了變型設計的具體流程,運用模塊化、參數(shù)化變型設計方法實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的變型設計。(3)為綜合考慮多目標因素對變型設計方案的影響,本文提出了產(chǎn)品變型設計方案多目標規(guī)劃。構建了以客戶滿意度、成本、交貨期為目標的多目標規(guī)劃模型,通過NSGA-II算法求解該模型,從而獲得優(yōu)化的產(chǎn)品變型設計方案。(4)本文提出了基于設計結構矩陣的設計變更影響分析方法,研究了變更操作對矩陣的影響,通過設計結構矩陣的優(yōu)化重組,從而得到設計變更的影響。
[Abstract]:In the current mass customization production mode, enterprises should provide customers with new products with low cost and high efficiency to meet diversified and personalized needs. Product variant design, as one of the key technologies to realize mass customization, can reuse the existing design knowledge and production resources to realize rapid customization based on the existing product examples. Customer demand is the starting point of product design and manufacture in enterprises, and meeting customer demand is the key of product design. Based on this, this paper puts forward the method of product variant design driven by customer demand, the method of variant design for customer demand, and the method of variant design for customer demand. The multi-objective programming of variant design scheme and the influence of design change are studied. The main contents are as follows: 1) in this paper, the characteristics and classification of customer demand are studied, and the customer demand template based on demand node is established. For different types of demand nodes, the expression of parametric and optional demand nodes is defined. In order to realize the product variant design driven by customer demand, a modular product family structure model based on module is constructed in this paper. The technical system of variant design is studied, and the concrete flow of variant design is put forward. The modular and parametric variant design method is used to realize the variant design of product. This paper presents a multi-objective programming for product variant design. A multi-objective programming model, which aims at customer satisfaction, cost and delivery time, is constructed and solved by NSGA-II algorithm. In this paper, a design change impact analysis method based on design structure matrix is proposed, and the influence of change operation on matrix is studied. Thus, the influence of design change is obtained.
