舒適性空調(diào)用復(fù)合過(guò)濾材料的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:為研發(fā)高效、低阻的舒適性空調(diào)用復(fù)合過(guò)濾材料,參照國(guó)際和國(guó)家相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立了空氣過(guò)濾材料性能測(cè)試系統(tǒng),對(duì)丙綸熔噴、針刺非織造過(guò)濾材料的過(guò)濾性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試和分析。對(duì)優(yōu)選出的丙綸針刺過(guò)濾材料進(jìn)行駐極處理后,分別采取靜電紡覆膜和針刺覆膜兩種方法制備了復(fù)合功能空氣過(guò)濾材料。研究表明:與靜電紡覆膜復(fù)合過(guò)濾材料相比,針刺覆膜復(fù)合過(guò)濾材料具有過(guò)濾效率高、過(guò)濾阻力低和容塵量高等特點(diǎn),能滿足舒適性空調(diào)系統(tǒng)對(duì)環(huán)境空氣中微細(xì)顆粒物的過(guò)濾要求。
[Abstract]:In order to develop high efficiency and low resistance composite filter material for air conditioning, an air filtration material performance test system was established according to international and national standards. The filtration properties of needle-punched non-woven filter materials were tested and analyzed. The composite functional air filtration materials were prepared by electrospun film coating and needled film coating after standing pole treatment of the selected polypropylene needling filter material. The results show that compared with the electrospun membrane composite filtration material, the needle coated membrane composite filtration material has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, low filtration resistance and high dust capacity. Can meet the comfortable air conditioning system in the ambient air fine particles filtration requirements.
