冷庫庫門的非穩(wěn)態(tài)RANS模型滲風研究

【摘要】:伴隨冷庫總量的快速增長,冷庫的能耗問題已越來越受到關注。庫門滲風作為冷庫的一項占比很大的熱負荷是冷庫能耗研究的一個重點。本文采用非穩(wěn)態(tài)RANS模型對庫門滲風建立了動態(tài)模擬模型,利用對一座庫高和門高之比為2∶1的冷庫,在不同庫內外溫差和冷風機運行模式下,驗證實測數(shù)據(jù)結果表明:所建模型預測的滲風量、測量點當?shù)仫L速和溫度的數(shù)值和變化趨勢都與實驗值有較好的吻合,在開門時間40 s內時,滲風量模擬誤差在±10%以內。利用該模型對滲風的特性和機理進行了模擬分析,結果表明,受風機水平方向風場影響,風機開時庫內溫度均比風機關時低。庫內外空氣密度差較小,庫內冷空氣受重力的影響不大,因此滲風量隨開門時間呈線性變化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the total amount of cold storage, the energy consumption of cold storage has been paid more and more attention. As a large proportion of cold storage heat load is one of the key points in the energy consumption research of cold storage. In this paper, a dynamic simulation model is established by using the unsteady state RANS model to simulate the seepage wind of the reservoir door. The cold storage with the ratio of 2:1 height to the door height is used under the different operating modes of the temperature difference inside and outside the reservoir and the cold air cooler. The experimental results show that the predicted seepage volume, the local wind speed and temperature of the measured points are in good agreement with the experimental values, and the simulation error of seepage air volume is less than 鹵10% when the opening time is less than 40 seconds. The model is used to simulate and analyze the characteristics and mechanism of the seepage wind. The results show that the temperature in the fan opening is lower than that in the wind mechanism due to the influence of the wind field in the horizontal direction of the fan. The difference of air density inside and outside the reservoir is small, and the cold air in the reservoir is not affected by gravity, so the air permeation rate changes linearly with the opening time.
