一種常溫條件下的微波冷噪聲源設計

【摘要】:針對傳統微波噪聲源在提供低亮度溫度噪聲時需要制冷的局限性,介紹了一種工作于常溫條件下的新型微波冷噪聲源器件.以"冷場效應管"原理為基礎,給出了雙端口微波網絡在輸出端口端接負載情況下的輸入端口處噪聲溫度模型.提出了一種有源微波冷噪聲源的設計方法,并選用高電子遷移率場效晶體管為核心研制了L波段有源微波冷噪聲源器件.采用L波段微波輻射計系統對該器件進行測試,在室溫環(huán)境下(29℃),該器件在1 400~1 430MHz的工作帶寬內可產生低至85.3K的亮度溫度.測試結果表明,該有源微波冷噪聲源可在無須制冷的常溫環(huán)境下為輻射計系統提供穩(wěn)定的內定標低點,解決了傳統冷噪聲源受制于液氮制冷設備的問題.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the limitation that traditional microwave noise sources need to be cooled when providing low brightness temperature noise, a new microwave cold noise source device working at room temperature is introduced in this paper. Based on the principle of "cold field effect transistor", the noise temperature model at the input port of a two-port microwave network under the condition that the output port is connected to the load is presented. A design method of active microwave cold noise source is presented, and L-band active microwave cold noise source device is developed with high electron mobility field effect transistor as the core. The L band microwave radiometer system is used to test the device. The device can produce a brightness temperature as low as 85.3 K in the operating bandwidth of 1 400 ~ 1 430MHz at room temperature at 29 鈩,
