【摘要】：工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的重要組成部分。建立工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度，是推動(dòng)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展的有力舉措。世界眾多工業(yè)強(qiáng)國如德國、美國、日本等，都有其世界級(jí)的工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，來評(píng)價(jià)與衡量工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)能力與科技哲學(xué)。近年來，我國涌現(xiàn)了多個(gè)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，而且我國企業(yè)和設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)在國際知名工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)中的獲獎(jiǎng)消息不斷。因此對(duì)于工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的研究和探討就顯得格外重要。為此，本研究的主旨在于探討：1）工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)獎(jiǎng)究竟能為企業(yè)帶來什么價(jià)值；2）國內(nèi)外工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)獎(jiǎng)機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀如何，這些評(píng)獎(jiǎng)機(jī)制是否存在問題。 本研究經(jīng)由理論探討，闡述了工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的定義及其內(nèi)涵的發(fā)展，何為獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)和評(píng)獎(jiǎng)機(jī)制，以及工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)獎(jiǎng)機(jī)制構(gòu)成的基本要素。其次，本研究選取具有代表性的國際知名工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)：美國IDEA設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)、德國紅點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)、德國IF設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)、日本G-mark獎(jiǎng)、韓國好設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)和澳大利亞國際設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng),對(duì)以上六大工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，從評(píng)獎(jiǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)及獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)運(yùn)作模式、評(píng)獎(jiǎng)范圍、評(píng)獎(jiǎng)?lì)悇e、獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置、評(píng)獎(jiǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、評(píng)委結(jié)構(gòu)與評(píng)審方法、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)措施以及獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)比較等方面進(jìn)行縱向梳理和現(xiàn)狀分析。然后，以問卷調(diào)研和企業(yè)訪談的方式，以具有參評(píng)并有獲得國際國內(nèi)知名工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)經(jīng)歷的企業(yè)和設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)，作為調(diào)查和訪談對(duì)象，運(yùn)用定量研究了解中國企業(yè)參與工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的整體現(xiàn)狀，，再透過定性研究挖掘中國企業(yè)的參評(píng)心理、獲獎(jiǎng)心理、獲獎(jiǎng)收益以及現(xiàn)有國際國內(nèi)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)獎(jiǎng)機(jī)制存在的普遍性問題。最后，結(jié)合梳理出的我國工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)獎(jiǎng)機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀和問題，提出個(gè)人思考和對(duì)策建議。希望研究的成果，可作為后續(xù)開展相關(guān)研究和對(duì)未來舉辦工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)提供有用的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Industrial design is an important part of producer services. The establishment of industrial design evaluation and reward system is a powerful measure to promote the development of industrial design. Many industrial powers in the world, such as Germany, the United States, Japan and so on, have world class awards for industrial design to evaluate and measure the design capabilities and philosophy of science and technology of industrial products. In recent years, a number of industrial design awards have emerged in China, and Chinese enterprises and design institutions in the international well-known industrial design awards news. Therefore, the research and discussion of industrial design awards is particularly important. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the status quo of the industrial design award system at home and abroad, and whether there are problems in these mechanisms. In this study, the definition of industrial design and its development, what are the awards and the mechanism of awards, and the basic elements of the mechanism of industrial design awards are discussed. Secondly, this research selects representative international famous industrial design awards: American IDEA Design Award, German Red Dot Design Award, German if Design Award, Japanese G-mark Award, Korea good Design Award and Australia International Design Award. For the above six industrial design awards, from the organization and the operating mode of the award, the scope of the award, the category of the award, the award setting, the evaluation criteria, the structure of the judges and the evaluation method, The incentive measures and awards comparison and other aspects of vertical combing and status analysis. Then, by means of questionnaire research and enterprise interviews, enterprises and design institutions with the experience of obtaining international and domestic well-known industrial design awards are the subjects of the survey and interviews. Using quantitative research to understand the overall situation of Chinese enterprises participating in industrial design awards, and then through qualitative research to explore the psychology of Chinese enterprises' participation and award, The current international and domestic industrial design evaluation mechanism has the universal problem. Finally, combined with the current situation and problems of the mechanism of industrial design award evaluation in China, the author puts forward personal thinking and countermeasures. It is hoped that the research results can be used as a useful reference for future research and industrial design awards.
