瓦楞輥嚙合特性分析及優(yōu)化方法的研究

【摘要】:瓦楞輥是瓦楞紙板生產(chǎn)線中的核心部件,瓦楞輥的加工制造、熱處理工藝和安裝精度決定著整個(gè)包裝機(jī)械行業(yè)的技術(shù)水平。瓦楞輥的主要工作部位是輥齒,它與齒輪的齒形相似,又與齒輪有很大的不同,瓦楞輥輥齒的齒頂和齒溝是圓弧狀,齒側(cè)用圓滑的曲線連接齒頂圓弧和齒溝圓弧。目前國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中只規(guī)定了輥齒的高度、個(gè)數(shù)和寬度,這些參數(shù)對(duì)原紙的耗紙量有著直接的影響。此外,齒頂圓弧和齒溝圓弧參數(shù)是輥齒嚙合的主要參數(shù),也是紙芯成型質(zhì)量好壞的關(guān)鍵所在。由于瓦楞輥輥齒容易磨損和折斷,因此,對(duì)瓦楞輥的嚙合特性和輥齒參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析和優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)于減小輥齒的磨損和紙芯成型的質(zhì)量有著很高的研究意義。 本課題主要是對(duì)瓦楞輥的嚙合特性和主要參數(shù)的優(yōu)化方法進(jìn)行研究分析,目的是提高瓦楞輥嚙合的穩(wěn)定性,減小輥齒間的磨損,延長(zhǎng)瓦楞輥的使用壽命。本文研究的工作主要有以下幾個(gè)方面: (1)研究瓦楞輥機(jī)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn),借鑒齒輪嚙合的特性研究瓦楞輥的嚙合特性,以及瓦楞輥的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)方程的建立; (2)針對(duì)瓦楞輥的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)方程,確定瓦楞輥優(yōu)化的設(shè)計(jì)變量、目標(biāo)函數(shù)和約束條件,運(yùn)用MATLAB優(yōu)化工具箱對(duì)瓦楞輥進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì); (3)根據(jù)優(yōu)化后的瓦楞輥參數(shù),利用Soliworks軟件進(jìn)行三維建模,然后導(dǎo)入ADAMS仿真軟件進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真分析,驗(yàn)證優(yōu)化后參數(shù)的合理性; (4)研究瓦楞輥輥齒的磨損機(jī)理,,并對(duì)輥齒進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度校核; (5)運(yùn)用軟件SolidWorks Simulation對(duì)輥齒的強(qiáng)度和瓦楞輥的模態(tài)進(jìn)行了有限元分析,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證優(yōu)化后參數(shù)的合理性。
[Abstract]:Corrugated roller is the core part of corrugated board production line. The processing, manufacture, heat treatment process and installation precision of corrugated roll determine the technical level of the whole packaging machinery industry. The main working part of the corrugated roll is the roller tooth, which is similar to the tooth shape of the gear and is very different from the gear. The tooth top and the tooth groove of the corrugated roll tooth are circular arc, and the tooth side is connected with the tooth top arc and the tooth groove arc by the smooth curve. At present, only the height, number and width of the roller teeth are stipulated in the national standard. These parameters have a direct effect on the paper consumption of the base paper. In addition, the tooth top arc and tooth groove arc parameters are the main parameters of roller tooth meshing and the key to the quality of paper core forming. Because corrugated roller teeth are easy to wear and break, it is of great significance to analyze and optimize the meshing characteristics and parameters of corrugated rollers in order to reduce the wear of corrugated rollers and the quality of paper core forming. In this paper, the meshing characteristics of corrugated rollers and the optimization methods of main parameters are studied and analyzed in order to improve the stability of corrugated rollers, reduce the wear between the teeth of the corrugated rollers and prolong the service life of corrugated rollers. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) the characteristics of corrugated roller mechanism are studied, the meshing characteristics of corrugated roller are studied by using the characteristics of gear meshing, and the kinematics equation of corrugated roller is established. (2) according to the kinematics equation of corrugated roll, the design variable, objective function and constraint condition of corrugated roll optimization are determined, and the optimization design of corrugated roll is carried out by MATLAB optimization toolbox. 3) according to the optimized corrugated roll parameters, the 3D model is built by Soliworks software, and then the kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis is carried out by introducing ADAMS simulation software to verify the rationality of the optimized parameters. (4) the wear mechanism of corrugated roller teeth is studied, and the strength of corrugated roller teeth is checked. 5) the finite element analysis of the strength of roller teeth and the modal of corrugated rollers is carried out by using the software SolidWorks Simulation, which further verifies the rationality of the optimized parameters.
