商業(yè)空間內(nèi)的兒童智能定位追蹤產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)現(xiàn)已步入科技的高速發(fā)展的時(shí)代,大數(shù)據(jù)、智能化不斷的改善我們的生活。而針對(duì)兒童走失走失的案件,在我們身邊也較為常見(jiàn)。甚至有媒體指出,中國(guó)現(xiàn)已成為全球最大兒童拐賣市場(chǎng)。據(jù)CCTV央視頻道的一檔節(jié)目調(diào)查指出,據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)我國(guó)每年失蹤兒童數(shù)量高達(dá)二十萬(wàn),找回來(lái)的概率只有約百分之零點(diǎn)一。而大型購(gòu)物商場(chǎng)正是走失兒童的高發(fā)區(qū)域,為更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)在商場(chǎng)購(gòu)物,避免在商場(chǎng)內(nèi)兒童走失和拐賣的問(wèn)題發(fā)生,消除家長(zhǎng)對(duì)兒童安全的擔(dān)憂,則成為了在商場(chǎng)管理中首要解決的問(wèn)題。市面上推出了不少智能手表等定位神器,專門用來(lái)防止兒童走失,這類產(chǎn)品銷量很好,動(dòng)輒缺貨。在知名購(gòu)物網(wǎng)站上搜尋“兒童智能定位手表”,大致能搜到四千多種同類型產(chǎn)品。這些智能手表外形與功能都大同小異,普遍都是以GPS衛(wèi)星定位系統(tǒng)原理,其缺點(diǎn)就是當(dāng)兒童進(jìn)入室內(nèi)空間時(shí),定位就會(huì)出現(xiàn)偏差,僅顯示兒童停留在某個(gè)地點(diǎn),而不能確切知道兒童具體的樓層位置。因此市場(chǎng)上以GPS衛(wèi)星移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為主導(dǎo)的兒童智能追蹤手表,在室內(nèi)空間根本不起作用,從而加深犯罪人員的作案幾率。隨著人們對(duì)于精準(zhǔn)性和速度的要求越來(lái)越高,GPS衛(wèi)星定位已無(wú)法滿足人們的需求。隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的到來(lái),室內(nèi)定位的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)慢慢浮現(xiàn)在我們身邊,F(xiàn)階段,隨著智無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的發(fā)展,商場(chǎng)的配套設(shè)施也逐漸跟上國(guó)際步伐。目前市面上的大型購(gòu)物商區(qū)都覆蓋了Wi-Fi與信號(hào)基站,以藍(lán)牙iBeacon與Wi-Fi為主要的技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為了室內(nèi)定位的主流,并適用于各種不同的環(huán)境。有了這方面的室內(nèi)定位技術(shù)支持,在實(shí)現(xiàn)避免兒童在大型購(gòu)物商區(qū)走失的智能系統(tǒng)就有了更多的可能。本文以我市大型購(gòu)書中心為案例,為解決顧客的購(gòu)物之憂,因此給2.5-7歲年齡段的兒童提供場(chǎng)內(nèi)智能定位追蹤的服務(wù),從而更全面的完善了商場(chǎng)對(duì)顧客人性化的需求,讓顧客體驗(yàn)到完整的服務(wù)。本文的調(diào)研分析發(fā)現(xiàn),購(gòu)書中心信息量大而快、圖書品種豐富,因而節(jié)假日期間吸引大批人流前往閱讀學(xué)習(xí),其最高峰能達(dá)到約三萬(wàn)人(次)。節(jié)假日期間平均每小時(shí)通過(guò)廣播尋人的次數(shù)達(dá)一次,每月高達(dá)上百次以上,兒童走失率居高不下。且外通過(guò)廣播尋人,導(dǎo)致商場(chǎng)內(nèi)音量過(guò)大,影響他人閱讀。本論文以商業(yè)空間內(nèi)兒童定位系統(tǒng),主要是在室內(nèi)定位技術(shù)的支持下而產(chǎn)生的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)與交互設(shè)計(jì),為更好的解決兒童在商業(yè)空間內(nèi)走失。以室內(nèi)定位的系統(tǒng)與智能定位器,利用基站與移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,在室內(nèi)樓層內(nèi)不同店鋪的實(shí)行定位,避免兒童在商場(chǎng)內(nèi)走失,彌補(bǔ)了大型購(gòu)物商場(chǎng)所缺失的方面,給用戶帶來(lái)操作的便利和安全的防范。
[Abstract]:Our country has entered the era of high-speed development of science and technology, big data, intelligence constantly improve our life. Cases of children who have gone missing are also common around us. Some media even pointed out that China has become the world's largest child trafficking market. According to a CCTV CCTV channel program survey, according to incomplete statistics, China's annual number of missing children as high as 200000, the probability of finding back is only about 0.1%. Large shopping malls are precisely the high incidence areas for missing children. In order to better realize shopping in shopping malls, to avoid the problem of children being lost and trafficked in shopping malls, and to eliminate parents' concerns about the safety of children, It has become the first problem to be solved in the management of shopping malls. Many smartwatches have been introduced to prevent children from going missing. These products sell well and are often out of stock. A search for children's smartwatches on popular shopping sites shows more than 4,000 products of the same kind. These smartwatches are similar in shape and function, generally based on the principle of GPS satellite positioning system. The disadvantage is that when children enter the indoor space, the positioning will appear deviation, only showing that the children stay in a certain place. The exact location of the child's floor is not known. Therefore, the children's smart tracking watch, which is dominated by GPS satellite mobile network on the market, does not work in indoor space at all, thus increasing the probability of criminals committing crimes. With the increasing demand for accuracy and speed, GPS positioning has been unable to meet the needs of people. With the arrival of big data era, indoor positioning applications have slowly emerged in our side. At present, with the development of smart wireless data network era, the matching facilities of shopping malls are gradually keeping up with the international pace. At present, Wi-Fi and signal base stations are covered in the large-scale shopping areas. Bluetooth iBeacon and Wi-Fi as the main technology has become the mainstream of indoor positioning, and it is suitable for a variety of different environments. With this kind of indoor positioning technology, it is more possible to implement intelligent systems to avoid children from losing their lives in large shopping areas. This article takes our city large-scale book purchase center as the example, in order to solve the customer's shopping worry, therefore provides the intelligence localization tracking service to the 2.5-7 age group children, thus has perfected the shopping mall to the customer humanization demand more comprehensively, Let the customer experience the complete service. The research and analysis of this paper shows that the information of the purchasing center is large and fast, and the variety of books is rich, so it attracts a large number of people to read and study during the holidays, the peak of which can reach about 30,000 people. During the holidays, the average number of radio searches per hour, more than a hundred times a month, the rate of child loss remains high. And outside through the broadcast to find people, resulting in excessive volume in the mall, affecting others to read. In this paper, the child positioning system in commercial space, mainly under the support of indoor positioning technology and product design and interactive design, in order to better solve the loss of children in the commercial space. With the indoor positioning system and intelligent locator, the base station and mobile network are used to carry out real-time monitoring, to locate different stores in the indoor floors, to avoid the children from losing in the shopping mall, and to make up for the missing aspects of the large-scale shopping mall. Provide users with the convenience of operation and security precautions.
