基于PLC的多通道粉體包裝系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代工業(yè)成品在高產(chǎn)能、高消耗的背景下,包裝工序亟需實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化,對(duì)包裝速度、精度、包裝質(zhì)量都有較高的要求。成品的種類分為小型規(guī)則形狀產(chǎn)品、顆粒物、粉體、液體等。其中,小型規(guī)則形狀產(chǎn)品可采用流水線結(jié)合人工作業(yè),顆粒物的包裝可采用計(jì)數(shù)、稱重的方法,液體的包裝可采用計(jì)量體積、質(zhì)量的方法;本文主要研究μm級(jí)粉體(鈷酸鋰)傳送及包裝系統(tǒng),并可應(yīng)用于食品、化工、醫(yī)藥、材料等相關(guān)行業(yè)。系統(tǒng)擬采用威綸通TK8070IH結(jié)合歐姆龍CP1L型PLC,拓展模塊CP1H-C1F12連接車間Ethernet/IP控制網(wǎng)絡(luò);PLC拓展模塊為CP1W-DA041、CP1W-AD041;物料輸送系統(tǒng)根據(jù)物料流動(dòng)特性,采用振動(dòng)給料原理,物料通道坡度可調(diào);采用電子稱重,變送器模擬量數(shù)據(jù)輸入PLC,根據(jù)包裝桶的規(guī)格,重量可調(diào);整個(gè)車間密封良好,作業(yè)環(huán)境為負(fù)壓。由于被包裝物料粒子直徑的數(shù)量級(jí)在微米級(jí),空氣的對(duì)流,即會(huì)造成物料顆粒飄浮,如果物料價(jià)值較高,那么采用布帶粉體回收系統(tǒng),經(jīng)過濾布收集后回收,大大提高了經(jīng)濟(jì)性;總控室可實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài),進(jìn)行總的調(diào)度。用AUTOCAD制圖軟件,設(shè)計(jì)控制系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布局圖以及電氣控制原理圖,電氣接線圖。本設(shè)計(jì)圖紙可以直觀的展現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的模塊接口,輸入輸出信號(hào),為之后系統(tǒng)排查故障提供了技術(shù)資料。組態(tài)軟件的編程、PLC編程軟件的梯形圖設(shè)計(jì),整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試,主要功能模塊包括編碼器的參數(shù)、PID模糊控制的調(diào)試工作,粉體包裝系統(tǒng)安裝完成后的空載運(yùn)行,帶料負(fù)荷試運(yùn)行的一系列相關(guān)工作。
[Abstract]:In the background of high productivity and high consumption of modern industrial products, packaging process needs to be automated, with high requirements for packaging speed, precision and packaging quality. The types of finished products are divided into small regular shape products, particles, powder, liquid and so on. Packing can be counted and weighed, liquid packaging can be measured by measurement of volume and quality. This paper mainly studies the transmission and packaging system of micron m powder (lithium cobalt), and can be used in food, chemical, medical, material and other related industries. The system is designed to use the TK8070IH CP1L type PLC to expand the module CP1H-C1F12 connection. Workshop Ethernet/IP control network; PLC expansion module for CP1W-DA041, CP1W-AD041; material transport system based on material flow characteristics, using the principle of vibration feeding, material channel slope adjustable; use electronic weighing, transmitter analog data input PLC, according to the gauge of the packaging barrel, adjustable weight; the whole workshop is sealed well, operating environment is negative Pressure. As the magnitude of the particle size of the packed material is in the micron grade, the convection of the air will cause the material particles to float. If the material is of high value, then the recovery system of the cloth belt powder is adopted and the filter cloth is collected and recovered after the collection. The general control room can monitor the running state of the system and make the total scheduling. AUTOCAD system is used. Graphics software, design control system site layout and electrical control schematic diagram, electrical wiring diagram. This design drawing can intuitively display the module interface of the field equipment, input and output signals, and provide technical data for the subsequent system troubleshooting. The programming of configuration software, the ladder diagram design of PLC programming software, and the debugging of the whole system, The main function modules include the parameters of the encoder, the debugging of PID fuzzy control, the empty load operation after the installation of the powder packaging system, and a series of related work for the trial operation of the load load.
