地面沉降對蓄滯洪區(qū)調度及風險的影響研究

【摘要】:綜合分析大黃堡蓄滯洪區(qū)不同年份的遙感數(shù)據(jù)和水準點數(shù)據(jù),可知該區(qū)域年均沉降量由1989—2002年的20,mm降至2002—2010年的12,mm,雖呈整體下降趨勢,但總沉降量仍然較大.為提高分析的全面性,綜合考慮了入流河道堤防沉降對蓄滯洪區(qū)的影響,數(shù)據(jù)分析表明堤防每沉降100,mm,河道泄流能力下降30,m~3/s,從而導致蓄滯洪區(qū)入流量增加.針對大黃堡蓄滯洪區(qū)采用交替方向隱式(ADI)法建立二維洪水演進模型,模擬結果表明:地面沉降對蓄滯洪區(qū)庫容有影響,在設計水位情況下蓄量比沉降前增加了14%,;地面沉降后100年一遇洪水時,原調度方案不能滿足滯洪要求,需改變原只啟動前3區(qū)的調度原則,增加啟動Ⅳ區(qū)滯洪,使得淹沒面積較沉降前增加了14.5%,,洪災損失較沉降前增加了22.1%,,增加了洪災風險.
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive analysis of remote sensing data and leveling point data in different years in Dahuangbao flood storage and detention area, it can be seen that the average annual subsidence in this area decreased from 20 mm in 1989 to 12 mm in 2002-2010. In order to improve the comprehensiveness of the analysis, the influence of embankment settlement on flood storage and detention area is considered synthetically. The data analysis shows that for every 100 mm settlement of embankment, the discharge capacity of the channel decreases by 30 m ~ 3 / s, which leads to the increase of inflow and discharge of flood storage and detention area. The alternating direction implicit ADI method is used to establish a two-dimensional flood routing model for Dahuangbao flood storage and detention area. The simulation results show that the land subsidence has an effect on the reservoir capacity of the flood storage and detention area. Under the condition of design water level, the storage capacity is increased by 14 times than that before settlement, and when the flood occurs once in 100 years after land subsidence, the original dispatching scheme can not meet the requirements of flood detention, so it is necessary to change the dispatching principle of the first three areas only to start the former three areas and increase the flood detention in area 鈪,
