基于仿真的PET帶錐面組合輸送輪的設(shè)計與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:目的基于大量工業(yè)纖維及棉花包裝的需要,針對性提出一種新型PET帶傳送裝備。方法設(shè)計一種錐面組合輸送輪機構(gòu),并利用Adams和Ansys Workbench對組合輸送輪機構(gòu)的錐面錐角和施加的壓力做出分析與優(yōu)化。結(jié)果仿真分析結(jié)果表明:錐輪錐角的角度在9°時,壓力選取為30 N,既能滿足穿帶的需求,也可以有效減緩相應(yīng)的應(yīng)力集中和振動強度。結(jié)論對不同的錐面組合輸送輪機構(gòu),應(yīng)當慎重的選擇錐面錐角和施加壓力。
[Abstract]:Aim to propose a new type of PET belt transport equipment based on the needs of a large number of industrial fiber and cotton packaging. Methods A kind of conical combined conveying wheel mechanism was designed, and the conical cone angle and the applied pressure of the combined conveying wheel mechanism were analyzed and optimized by Adams and Ansys Workbench. Results the simulation results show that when the angle of cone angle is 9 擄and the pressure is 30 N, it can not only meet the requirement of belt penetration, but also effectively reduce the corresponding stress concentration and vibration intensity. Conclusion the conical angle and pressure should be carefully selected for different conical combined conveying wheel mechanisms.
