【摘要】：SG公司是專業(yè)的服務器生產制造商,其產品線涵蓋機架式服務器、塔式服務器、刀片服務器、高密度服務器和存儲服務器五大類,SG服務器產線是流水線作業(yè),目前產品質量問題導致的直通率越來越低,故障率直線上升,嚴重影響產能,從而產生了延遲發(fā)貨、降低客戶滿意度、提高公司成本等諸多現(xiàn)象,這些現(xiàn)象對于企業(yè)的發(fā)展沒有好處。從六西格瑪理論的分析和研究著手,首先了解理論本身的優(yōu)越性和適應性,充分理解六西格瑪管理的內涵和核心所在,其次了解六西格瑪管理工具的使用方法和注意事項,以求達到更好的應用效果。企業(yè)為了更好地服務客戶,不斷地提高企業(yè)制造技術與管理水平,需對提高服務器生產下線合格率進行檢測研究,利用六西格瑪工具對其進行全面分析研究,從而避免出現(xiàn)各種問題。文章研究對象為SG公司的服務器項目生產線,研究內容為下線合格率的改進,闡述了六西格瑪管理方法和工具,以及其使用原則、意義、引用步驟等相關理論;對SG公司及服務器產品以及企業(yè)實施六西格瑪管理SG項目過程中的現(xiàn)狀及問題進行了介紹,發(fā)現(xiàn)了生產線乃至企業(yè)存在著不少的問題,問題包括成本、效率、服務等多個方面。針對問題采用六西格瑪管理方法和工具對生產線發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行改進研究,給出具體的管理理念、方法,構建合理的管理團隊,施行有效的管理模式和優(yōu)化方案。通過利用六西格瑪工具對SG公司服務器下線合格率進行檢測,改善,分析,制定解決方案,鞏固改善效果,最終有效提高了下線合格率。文章最后提出了SG公司服務下線合格率項目中,實施六西格瑪?shù)谋Ｕ洗胧?使用六西格瑪管理理念,達到提升整個生產線的管理職能。運用六西格瑪管理工具對生產線細化管理,最終達到規(guī)范管理、提高管理效率、提高產品下線合格率的目的。本文通過利用六西格瑪工具對SG公司服務器下線合格率進行檢測,經過數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控發(fā)現(xiàn)產品因素導致的生產不良率已經達到預計目標,最終為SG公司節(jié)省了資源。
[Abstract]:SG Company is a professional manufacturer of server, whose product line covers machine frame server, tower server, blade server, high density server and storage server.At present, the pass rate caused by the product quality problems is getting lower and lower, and the failure rate is rising in a straight line, which seriously affects the production capacity. As a result, there are many phenomena such as delayed delivery, lower customer satisfaction, higher company cost, and so on.These phenomena are not good for the development of enterprises.Starting with the analysis and research of six Sigma theory, we first understand the superiority and adaptability of the theory itself, fully understand the connotation and core of six sigma management, and then understand the usage method and matters needing attention of six Sigma management tools.In order to achieve better application effect.In order to better serve customers and continuously improve the manufacturing technology and management level of enterprises, enterprises need to test and research on improving the qualified rate of server production offline, and use six Sigma tools to carry out comprehensive analysis and study.Thus avoiding all kinds of problems.The research object of this paper is the server project production line of SG Company, the research content is the improvement of the passing rate of the next line, and the six Sigma management methods and tools are expounded, as well as the relevant theories such as using principle, significance, quoting steps and so on.This paper introduces the current situation and problems in the process of implementing six Sigma management SG project in SG company and server products as well as enterprises, and finds that there are many problems in production line and enterprise, including cost, efficiency, service and so on.Six Sigma management methods and tools are used to improve the problems found in the production line. The concrete management concepts and methods are given, a reasonable management team is constructed, and an effective management model and optimization scheme are implemented.By using six Sigma tools to detect, improve, analyze, formulate solutions and consolidate the improvement effect, the qualified rate of server disconnection of SG Company is improved effectively.At last, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of six Sigma and the management idea of six Sigma in the qualified rate project of SG Company, which can improve the management function of the whole production line.Six Sigma management tools are used to refine the production line and achieve the goal of standardized management, improved management efficiency, and increased product off-line qualified rate.This paper uses six Sigma tools to detect the passing rate of the server downline of SG Company. Through the data monitoring, it is found that the production failure rate caused by the product factors has reached the expected goal, and finally saves the resources for SG Company.
