共享內(nèi)存環(huán)境下的并行質(zhì)量引導(dǎo)相位解纏

【摘要】:提出了一種共享內(nèi)存環(huán)境下的并行質(zhì)量引導(dǎo)相位解纏算法。首先,分析了相鄰相位點(diǎn)質(zhì)量值計(jì)算的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,采用行、列數(shù)組保存中間結(jié)果消除梯度的重復(fù)計(jì)算;然后,按行進(jìn)行計(jì)算任務(wù)分配,簡(jiǎn)化相鄰窗口內(nèi)的行、列均值計(jì)算;最后,通過(guò)OpenMP指令實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)算任務(wù)分配,完成質(zhì)量圖的并行計(jì)算。對(duì)于質(zhì)量引導(dǎo)過(guò)程內(nèi)在的并行性進(jìn)行了分析,但受限于重復(fù)的線程啟動(dòng)和退出時(shí)間開(kāi)銷(xiāo),難以體現(xiàn)速度優(yōu)勢(shì)。對(duì)合成孔徑雷達(dá)干涉(synthetic aperture radar interferometry,InSAR)和干涉合成孔徑聲納(interferometric synthetic aperture sonar,INSAS)干涉相位圖進(jìn)行解纏實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,所提方法提高了相位解纏效率,為在實(shí)時(shí)條件下進(jìn)一步提高相位解纏精度奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:A parallel quality guided phase unwrapping algorithm in shared memory environment is proposed.Firstly, the internal relation of the mass value of adjacent phase points is analyzed, and the row and column array are used to save the intermediate result to eliminate the repeated calculation of gradient, then, the calculation task is allocated according to the row, which simplifies the calculation of the row in the adjacent window and the calculation of the average value of the column.Finally, the task assignment is realized by OpenMP instruction, and the parallel computation of quality diagram is completed.The inherent parallelism of the quality boot process is analyzed, but it is difficult to reflect the speed advantage due to the repeated thread startup and exit time overhead.The phase unwrapping experiments of synthetic aperture radar interferometry (aperture radar interferometry) and interferometric synthetic aperture sonar (INSAS) are carried out. The results show that the proposed method improves the efficiency of phase unwrapping.It lays a foundation for further improving the precision of phase unwrapping under real time conditions.
