蜂窩紙板力學(xué)性能仿真分析與工藝、設(shè)備的改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:自從加入世貿(mào)組織以來,我國(guó)的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易變得越來越活躍,國(guó)外市場(chǎng)給我國(guó)包裝市場(chǎng)帶來機(jī)遇的同時(shí),也對(duì)我國(guó)的包裝工業(yè)提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家利用綠色環(huán)保材料已經(jīng)越來越普遍,而我國(guó)的包裝行業(yè)木材和塑料還占據(jù)著較大市場(chǎng)。在此現(xiàn)狀下“以紙帶木,以紙帶塑”顯得尤為重要,蜂窩紙板作為一種綠色包裝材料,如果大量應(yīng)用在包裝行業(yè)不僅節(jié)省木材資源,,而且可以減少塑料包裝帶來的環(huán)境污染。我國(guó)的蜂窩紙板行業(yè)發(fā)展至今約二十年,蜂窩紙板的制造工藝和制造設(shè)備還比較落后,國(guó)內(nèi)的學(xué)者和企業(yè)技術(shù)專家也進(jìn)行了大量的研究,但大多是針對(duì)蜂窩紙板的力學(xué)性能,對(duì)蜂窩紙板的工藝和設(shè)備的研究很少,而成型工藝與設(shè)備直接影響著蜂窩紙板的力學(xué)性能。因此將蜂窩紙板的工藝、性能與設(shè)備三者緊密聯(lián)系在一起的研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本課題基于工藝設(shè)備對(duì)紙板力學(xué)性能的影響,分析了現(xiàn)有工藝設(shè)備存在的問題:為生產(chǎn)不同孔徑的蜂窩紙板,需要設(shè)計(jì)一系列備用涂膠輥;蜂窩紙板干燥不均,干燥時(shí)間長(zhǎng);蜂窩紙堆切條速度慢。利用有限元分析軟件ANSYS研究了縱橫向涂膠和開孔對(duì)蜂窩紙板力學(xué)性能的影響,設(shè)計(jì)了一種多功能涂膠機(jī)構(gòu)和開孔切條設(shè)備。利用三維軟件Pro/E建立了蜂窩紙板主要受力部分紙芯的模型,并將模型導(dǎo)入有限元分析軟件ANSYS中,分析縱橫涂膠,不同開孔位置,開孔形狀和開孔大小對(duì)蜂窩紙板力學(xué)性能的影響,研究了開孔后的干燥效果,為涂膠設(shè)備和開孔切條設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù);設(shè)計(jì)了基于縱向涂膠的多功能涂膠設(shè)備,繪制了該設(shè)備三維模型,分析了膠條間距調(diào)節(jié)的原理和可行性,并通過涂膠試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該設(shè)備的行性,解決了需要生產(chǎn)一系列備用涂膠輥的問題,減低了設(shè)備成本;設(shè)計(jì)了開孔切條設(shè)備,繪制了三維模型,該設(shè)備通過多個(gè)孔刀和旋轉(zhuǎn)刀片實(shí)現(xiàn)開孔和切條,并對(duì)開孔部分的受力機(jī)架進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,減小機(jī)架的應(yīng)力集中,試制了經(jīng)過開孔切條處理的帶圓孔蜂窩紙芯條和紙板,驗(yàn)證了干燥效果,此開孔切條機(jī)能有效解決蜂窩紙板干燥困難和切條效率低等問題。這些機(jī)構(gòu)和設(shè)備在解決蜂窩紙板生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的問題方面具有較好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,同時(shí)對(duì)蜂窩紙板的研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Since joining the WTO , China ' s import and export trade has become more and more active . At the same time , China ' s packaging industry has made a new challenge to China ' s packaging industry .

Based on the influence of process equipment on the mechanical properties of paperboard , the problems existing in the existing process equipment were analyzed . In order to produce honeycomb paperboard with different pore sizes , a series of spare rubber - coated rollers were designed .

In this paper , the influence of transverse direction gluing and opening on the mechanical properties of honeycomb paperboard is studied by means of finite element analysis software ANSYS . A multi - function gluing mechanism and an opening cutting device are designed . The model of the main bearing part paper core of the honeycomb paperboard is established by using the three - dimensional software Pro / E , and the influence of the size on the mechanical properties of the honeycomb paperboard is analyzed by using the three - dimensional software Pro / E , and the drying effect after the opening is studied , which provides a basis for the design of the gluing equipment and the opening cutting strip equipment ;
The paper designs a multifunctional gluing equipment based on longitudinal gluing , draws the three - dimensional model of the equipment , analyzes the principle and feasibility of the spacing adjustment of the rubber strip , and verifies the feasibility of the device through the gluing test , and solves the problem of needing to produce a series of spare rubber coating rollers , thereby reducing the equipment cost ;
A three - dimensional model is designed , and a three - dimensional model is drawn . The equipment is optimized by a plurality of hole cutters and rotary blades , the stress concentration of the machine frame is reduced , the problem that the drying difficulty of the honeycomb paper board is difficult and the cutting efficiency is low are effectively solved , and the mechanism and the equipment have good application value in solving the problems of the honeycomb paper board production , and meanwhile , the research of the honeycomb paperboard is provided .
