冷柜門封吸合面水蒸氣滲透速率的計算方法

【摘要】:冷柜內(nèi)的溫度在設(shè)定值附近周期性變化時,空氣壓力也呈周期性變化,柜內(nèi)空氣與柜外空氣通過門封吸合面發(fā)生質(zhì)量傳遞;水蒸氣可通過門封吸合面滲入,造成冷柜內(nèi)結(jié)霜及熱負荷增加。為了控制水蒸氣滲透量,本文開發(fā)了門封吸合面水蒸氣滲透速率的計算方法。首先觀測門封吸合面表面形貌,確定滲透通道的尺度為微米級,遠大于水分子的平均自由程,判斷出水蒸氣通過門封吸合面是黏性流動;然后根據(jù)黏性流動Darcy定律開發(fā)水蒸氣滲透速率公式,并基于部分實驗數(shù)據(jù)擬合滲透系數(shù)。將公式預(yù)測滲透速率與實驗值進行對比,結(jié)果表明:水蒸氣滲透速率公式預(yù)測值與實驗值的誤差小于15%,公式可用于通過門封水蒸氣滲透速率的計算。
[Abstract]:Cause frosting and heat load increase in freezer.In order to control the water vapor permeability, a method for calculating the water vapor permeation rate of the gate sealing surface is developed in this paper.First, the surface morphology of the gate sealing surface is observed, and the scale of the permeable channel is determined to be micron, which is far larger than the average free path of water molecules, and the water vapor is found to be a viscous flow through the gate sealing surface.Then the formula of water vapor permeability rate is developed according to the Darcy law of viscous flow, and the permeability coefficient is fitted based on some experimental data.The results show that the error between the predicted value and the experimental value of the formula is less than 15. The formula can be used to calculate the permeation rate of water vapor through the gate seal.
