ZAO粉體的制備及其在乙醇中的分散工藝研究

【摘要】:采用共沉淀法并以氨水作為沉淀劑制備ZAO粉體,研究了pH值、煅燒溫度對(duì)ZAO粉體形貌、尺寸和晶體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,并研究了粉體在無(wú)水乙醇中的分散工藝。借助差熱-熱重分析、X射線(xiàn)衍射、透射電子顯微鏡和紫外可見(jiàn)分光光度計(jì)對(duì)所制ZAO粉體進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明:ZAO前驅(qū)體的平均粒徑隨著滴定終點(diǎn)pH值的增大而減小,pH值小于8時(shí),形貌不規(guī)則,pH值為9和10時(shí),呈球形狀,ZAO粉體的晶粒尺寸隨著pH值增加先增大后減小,Al元素的摻雜使得ZnO的晶胞收縮;采用該法制備的ZAO前驅(qū)體中的陰離子難以洗凈,煅燒溫度在800℃以上時(shí)雜質(zhì)才分解完全,ZAO粉體的晶粒尺寸隨著煅燒溫度的增加而增加;ZAO粉體在無(wú)水乙醇中最佳的分散工藝為添加ZAO粉體質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)8%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))的六偏磷酸鈉超聲50min。
[Abstract]:ZAO powders were prepared by coprecipitation method with ammonia as precipitant. The effects of pH value and calcination temperature on the morphology, size and crystal structure of ZAO powders were studied. The dispersion process of the powder in anhydrous ethanol was studied. The X-ray diffraction of the powder was analyzed by differential thermogravimetric analysis (DTA). The ZAO powders were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results show that the average particle size of the precursor decreases with the increase of the pH value of the titration end point, and the pH value is less than 8:00, and the morphology of the precursor is irregular at 9 and 10:00. With the increase of pH value, the crystal size of ZAO powder increases firstly and then decreases the doping of Al element, which results in the shrinkage of ZnO cell, and the anions in the precursor of ZAO prepared by this method are difficult to be washed out.
