凹土基5A分子篩的合成及正構(gòu)烷烴吸附分離的研究

【摘要】:以廉價(jià)易得的凹凸棒土為原料,采用水熱合成法,通過優(yōu)化原料配比、晶化溫度和晶化時(shí)間等條件,制備了凹土基5A分子篩吸附劑。采用XRD、SEM、N_2吸附-脫附等方法對(duì)合成的5A分子篩微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征;并應(yīng)用于正構(gòu)烷烴的吸附分離,測(cè)定了吸附正己烷(n-C_6)和正庚烷(n-C_7)有機(jī)蒸汽的靜態(tài)吸附速率曲線和吸附等溫線。表征結(jié)果顯示,合成的5A分子篩中既有微孔又有一定的中孔,晶體顆粒直徑達(dá)到納米級(jí),呈現(xiàn)規(guī)整的立方晶體形貌。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在n(SiO_2)∶n(Al_2O_3)=2.3、n(Na_2O)∶n(H_2O)=12∶600(試樣B)、晶化溫度為85℃、晶化時(shí)間為4 h的條件下,制備的5A分子篩晶粒更加規(guī)整、比表面積更大、吸附速率更快,對(duì)n-C_6,n-C_7的靜態(tài)飽和吸附量最大,分別為149 mg/g和144 mg/g。
[Abstract]:Using attapulgite which is cheap and easy to get as raw material, hydrothermal synthesis method was adopted, and the conditions such as ratio of raw material, crystallization temperature and crystallization time were optimized. The adsorbents of attapulate-base 5A molecular sieve were prepared. The microstructure of the synthesized 5A molecular sieve was characterized by XRDX SEMN _ 2 adsorption-desorption, and applied to the adsorption and separation of n-alkanes. The static adsorption rate curves and adsorption isotherms of adsorbed n-hexane n-C6) and n-heptane n-C7) organic vapor have been determined. The characterization results show that the synthesized 5A molecular sieve has both micropores and mesoporous pores, and the diameter of crystal particles reaches nanometer level.
