【摘要】：闡述了面向教學(xué)的離散型制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。該系統(tǒng)包括系統(tǒng)管理、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、工藝設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)劃編制與調(diào)度、生產(chǎn)加工、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)、物流配送以及庫房管理8個(gè)功能模塊,學(xué)生通過該仿真系統(tǒng)模擬離散型生產(chǎn)過程,扮演產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)人員、工藝和計(jì)劃編制人員、生產(chǎn)加工人員、質(zhì)檢人員、物流配送人員以及倉庫管理人員等多種角色,并完成不同的操作過程。該系統(tǒng)采用瀏覽器和服務(wù)器(BrowserServer,B/S)架構(gòu)模式,總線型網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)溥B接方式實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)器與客戶端訪問設(shè)備的互聯(lián)和應(yīng)用。通過該教學(xué)系統(tǒng)既能加快學(xué)生對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)模式的了解,又能提升學(xué)生的操作實(shí)踐能力。
[Abstract]:This paper describes the design and implementation process of the teaching-oriented discrete manufacturing execution system, which includes system management, product design, process planning, planning and scheduling, production processing, quality inspection, etc. Logistics distribution and warehouse management of 8 functional modules, students through the simulation system to simulate discrete production process, acting as product designers, process and planning personnel, production and processing personnel, quality inspection personnel, The system adopts browser and server browser server / B / S model. The bus-based network topology connection realizes the interconnection and application between the server and the client access equipment. The teaching system can not only accelerate the students' understanding of the enterprise production mode, but also enhance the students' operational practice ability.
