基于CAD技術圖解工程靜力學的研究

【摘要】:在靜力學方面,美國R.C.Hibbeler教授著的《工程力學-靜力學》(第3版)是美國最受歡迎的工程力學系列教材之一。而美國Ferdina P.Beer撰著的《工程矢量力學(靜力學)》(第3版)又有了很大的進展,與《工程力學-靜力學》比較,其特點是應用矢量的方法突出了靜力學問題求解的直觀性,這本教材被我國國外高校優(yōu)秀教材審定委員會評為優(yōu)秀教材。 沿著這一變革和發(fā)展進程,本文提出直接用圖解的方法求解靜力學問題使其更具直觀性。應用形、數(shù)、計算機結(jié)合的方法求解靜力學,一方面將抽象思維、形象思維統(tǒng)一于圖解靜力學中,另一方面因為以CAD作為求解工具,圖解的精度足以滿足工程要求。傳統(tǒng)上,有關靜力學問題解決的方法一般有解析法和圖解法,圖解法比解析直觀、簡便、易于校核。本課題的研究可使兩種方法互相校核和互相補充,而基于CAD的圖解靜力學平臺的開發(fā)對提高工程的設計質(zhì)量和速度是一種求新的探索。 本文對圖解靜力學理論基礎進行研究,提出了針對常見靜力學問題的多面正投影圖解法、索多邊形圖解法、軸測投影圖解法,針對不同的受力狀況對各類基礎圖解方法靈活運用,實現(xiàn)針對靜力學問題的綜合求解。結(jié)合靜力學圖解方法,應用AutoCAD內(nèi)嵌語言AutoLISP與VB語言,設計開發(fā)出具有用戶友好界面的圖解靜力學工程實例平臺,實現(xiàn)圖解靜力學過程的高效性與精確性。
[Abstract]:In terms of statics, Professor R.C. Hibbeler's "Engineering Mechanics statics" (3rd Edition) is one of the most popular engineering mechanics textbooks in the United States, and Ferdina P. Beer of the United States has made great progress in Engineering Vector Mechanics (Statics) (3rd Edition). Compared with "Engineering Mechanics-statics", it is characterized by the application of vector method to highlight the intuitionism of statics problem solving. This textbook has been appraised as an excellent textbook by the Committee of examination and approval of excellent Teaching Materials of Foreign Universities and Colleges in China. Following this process of change and development, this paper proposes to solve statics problems directly by graphic method to make them more intuitionistic. On the one hand, it will be abstract thinking to solve statics by applying the method of form, number and computer to solve statics. Image thinking is unified in graphic statics. On the other hand, because CAD is used as a solution tool, the accuracy of the graphic solution is enough to meet the engineering requirements. Traditionally, the methods of solving statics problems generally include analytic method and graphical method. The graphic method is more intuitive, simple and easy to check than that of the analytic method. The research of this subject can make the two methods check and complement each other, while the development of the graphic statics platform based on CAD is a new exploration to improve the design quality and speed of the project. In this paper, the theoretical basis of graphic statics is studied, and the multi-plane orthographic graphic method, cable-polygonal graphic method, axial projective graph solution for common statics problems are proposed. According to different stress conditions, various basic graphic methods are flexibly applied to achieve comprehensive solution to static problems. Combined with statics graphic method, AutoCAD embedded languages AutoLISP and VB are used. A graphical statics engineering platform with user friendly interface is designed and developed to achieve the high efficiency and accuracy of the graphic statics process.
