爆破振動對地下管道影響試驗(yàn)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)測

【摘要】:為了降低爆破振動有害效應(yīng),探究爆破振動對地下管道的影響,需基于管道破壞的應(yīng)變準(zhǔn)則,建立爆破振動質(zhì)點(diǎn)峰值速度與管道破壞的對應(yīng)關(guān)系。利用TC-4850N爆破振動測試儀、DH3820靜態(tài)應(yīng)變測試系統(tǒng)在大龍經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)高鐵城棚戶區(qū)山地場平工程進(jìn)行爆破現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn);對獲得不同爆心距、不同最大段裝藥量時(shí)管道地表振動峰值速度及相應(yīng)管道軸向、環(huán)向應(yīng)變,進(jìn)行擬合分析,結(jié)果表明合成峰值振速與地下管道軸向、環(huán)向應(yīng)變呈指數(shù)函數(shù)關(guān)系;結(jié)合該場地條件下爆破振動衰減規(guī)律及管道最大容許應(yīng)變,預(yù)測出試驗(yàn)條件下管道所能承受的地表最大峰值振速及此爆破條件下管道爆破施工安全距離。分析表明,燃?xì)夤艿?0 m范圍內(nèi)禁止爆破施工的規(guī)定有待改進(jìn),應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況分析預(yù)測地下管道安全距離。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the harmful effect of blasting vibration and explore the influence of blasting vibration on underground pipeline, it is necessary to base on the strain criterion of pipeline failure. The relationship between peak velocity of blasting vibration particle and pipeline failure was established. The blasting site test was carried out by using TC-4850N blasting vibration tester (DH3820) static strain test system in the mountainous field leveling project of high-speed rail city shanty town in Dalong Economic Development Zone. The peak velocity of surface vibration of pipeline and the axial and circumferential strain of the corresponding pipeline are fitted and analyzed when different detonation centroid distance and different maximum charge amount are obtained. The results show that the composite peak vibration velocity is the same as the axial direction of underground pipeline. The toroidal strain assumes the exponential function, and combined with the attenuation law of blasting vibration and the maximum allowable strain of pipeline under the condition of the site, The maximum peak vibration velocity of the surface under the test condition and the safety distance of the pipeline blasting construction under this blasting condition are predicted. The analysis shows that the prohibition of blasting construction in the 50 m range of the gas pipeline needs to be improved. The safety distance of underground pipeline should be analyzed and forecasted according to the actual situation.
