基于裁剪的流程問題解決

【摘要】:為了解決產(chǎn)品制造、安裝、運行等流程中產(chǎn)生的問題,將裁剪應(yīng)用于流程問題解決,提出了流程問題解決過程模型。流程問題解決過程模型分為四個階段:流程定義、流程分析、流程問題解決和概念具體化。流程定義階段,通過總結(jié)和歸納大量實例,建立了流程完整的定義。流程分析階段,首先繪制流程圖,其次在流程圖的基礎(chǔ)上,對流程圖中的每一步操作進行了操作圖示繪制及流程功能分析,最后利用因果分析確定要裁剪的操作。流程問題解決階段,通過流程裁剪方法進行操作裁剪,并對裁剪問題存在性做出判斷,若存在裁剪問題,則應(yīng)用沖突解決原理來解決。概念具體化階段,將原理解轉(zhuǎn)換成特定的方案解。并以飲水機為例對提出的過程模型進行了驗證;诓眉舻牧鞒虇栴}解決過程模型能夠有效的針對已有流程改進和流程創(chuàng)新,有利于流程問題解決的效率提高。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems in the process of manufacturing, installation and running of products, a process model of process problem solving is proposed by applying clipping to process problem solving. The process model of process problem solving is divided into four stages: process definition, process definition and so on. Process analysis, process problem solving and conceptualization. In the process definition stage, by summing up and summarizing a large number of examples, a complete definition of the process is established. In the process analysis stage, the flow chart is first drawn, and the second is based on the flow chart. The operation diagram drawing and flow function analysis are carried out for each operation in the flow chart. Finally, the operation to be clipped is determined by causality analysis. In the process problem solving stage, the operation is clipped by the process cutting method. If there is a clipping problem, the conflict resolution principle is applied to solve it. The original understanding is converted into a specific solution. The proposed process model is verified by taking the water dispenser as an example. The process model based on clipping can effectively solve the existing process improvement and process innovation. The efficiency of process problem solving is improved.
