基于普適計算的移動設備信息安全交互方式研究

【摘要】:信息技術和網絡水平的提高促進著移動互聯(lián)網的蓬勃發(fā)展,在短短幾年里,移動互聯(lián)網已經影響到社會生活的方方面面,不過,這些仍是開始,“變化”依然是移動互聯(lián)網發(fā)展的主題。這種“變化”也推動著移動設備的革新,信息溝通方式的改變。當下,人們需要與越來越多的復雜信息打交道,移動設備的廣泛應用像一把雙刃劍:它為用戶帶來了便利的同時,也帶來更多因高科技產生的疑問和不安。這種不安既是一種需要迎接新技術挑戰(zhàn)的心理,同時也是對隱私安全的擔憂。問題的出現(xiàn)意味著設計的開始。如何在迅速發(fā)展的信息時代將大量復雜的信息通過一種符合用戶心理習慣的方式更加順其自然地帶給他們;如何使移動設備在網絡環(huán)境的支持下與用戶進行更好的人機互動,并以一種可感知的方式使用戶在與設備的交互過程中,放心地進行信息交流,得到更好的使用體驗……這些都是技術的發(fā)展帶給交互設計師創(chuàng)新的機會,也是基于用戶需求的交互設計為技術提出的挑戰(zhàn)。 本項研究以人機交互領域的前沿思想—普適計算理論作為研究依據(jù),結合交互設計需求、先進技術的應用以及設計實踐,對今后的移動設備交互方式的信息安全保護進行研究。研究著力關注普適計算環(huán)境中的要點--信息安全的保護,在深入分析移動設備的安全機制,普適計算網絡環(huán)境安全后,提出了一種新的交互設計應用方式。運用產品開發(fā)設計的方法學和理論,建立了開發(fā)框架和流程,為交互方式的實現(xiàn)和所需的技術支持建立了合作橋梁。最后,以“普適相冊”(Ubiquitous Gallery)作為產品實例,結合客戶經歷地圖的等調研方法,將理論和概念付諸于具體的產品當中,為普適計算的產品開發(fā)及交互方式的改良設計進行有益的探索與嘗試。
[Abstract]:The improvement of information technology and network level has promoted the vigorous development of mobile Internet. In just a few years, mobile Internet has affected all aspects of social life, but, These are still the beginning, "change" is still the subject of mobile Internet development. This "change" is also driving the innovation of mobile devices, the change in the way information is communicated. Now, people need to deal with more and more complex information. The widespread use of mobile devices is like a double-edged sword: it not only brings convenience to users, but also brings more high-tech questions and uneasiness, which is both a psychological need to meet the challenges of new technologies. At the same time, it is also a concern for privacy security. The emergence of the problem means the beginning of design. How to bring a large number of complex information to them more naturally through a way in accordance with the psychological habits of users in the rapidly developing information age; How to make mobile devices have better man-machine interaction with users under the support of network environment, and in a perceptible way to enable users to exchange information safely in the process of interaction with the device. These are the opportunities for interaction designers to innovate due to the development of technology, as well as the challenges posed by interactive design based on users' needs. This research is based on universal computing theory, which is the leading thought in the field of human-computer interaction. It combines the requirements of interactive design, the application of advanced technology and the design practice. This paper studies the information security protection of mobile device interaction mode in the future. The research focuses on the protection of information security, which is the key point of pervasive computing environment. After deeply analyzing the security mechanism of mobile devices and the security of pervasive computing network environment, In this paper, a new interactive design application method is proposed. By using the methodology and theory of product development design, the development framework and process are established, and the cooperative bridge is established for the realization of the interaction mode and the technical support needed. Taking the "universal photo album" as a product example, and combining the research methods of customer experience map, we put the theory and concept into the concrete product. It is a useful exploration and attempt for the product development of pervasive computing and the improved design of interaction mode.
