超聲輔助微注塑成型中熔體壁面滑移行為的研究

【摘要】:壁面滑移在聚合物熔體注塑成型過程對熔體充模流動(dòng)行為具有顯著的影響.本文基于對超聲輔助微注塑加工機(jī)理的研究,分析了超聲振動(dòng)對微尺度型腔中熔體壁面滑移的作用方式.結(jié)合聚合物熔體壁面滑移方程和超聲對熔體壁面滑移的影響機(jī)理,闡明了不同情況下的壁面滑移理論模型.采用毛細(xì)管流變儀研究了超聲振動(dòng)作用下的聚合物熔體的壁面滑移行為,通過分析壁面滑移的臨界剪切應(yīng)力變化,明確了超聲振動(dòng)作用下的熔體壁面滑移行為對微尺度型腔充模情況的影響.研究結(jié)果表明,超聲輔助微注塑過程中,超聲作用下的微尺度型腔中熔體壁面滑移的臨界剪切應(yīng)力降低或變?yōu)榱?壁面滑移速度隨剪切應(yīng)力增加而增加,不同剪切速率時(shí)超聲作用下的熔體黏度均明顯降低,進(jìn)而提升了熔體對微尺度型腔的充模能力并改善了微塑件的成型質(zhì)量.
[Abstract]:Wall slip in polymer melt injection molding process has a significant impact on the melt filling flow behavior. This paper based on ultrasonic assisted micro-injection molding mechanism. The effect of ultrasonic vibration on melt wall slip in microscale cavity was analyzed, and the influence mechanism of ultrasonic wave on melt wall slip was analyzed in combination with polymer melt wall slip equation. The wall slip behavior of polymer melt under ultrasonic vibration was studied by capillary rheometer, and the critical shear stress of wall slip was analyzed. The influence of melt wall slip behavior under ultrasonic vibration on the filling of micro-cavity was clarified. The results showed that the ultrasonic assisted micro-injection molding process. The critical shear stress of melt wall slip decreases or becomes zero, and the wall slip velocity increases with the increase of shear stress. At different shear rates, the viscosity of the melt decreased obviously, which enhanced the filling ability of the melt to the microscale cavity and improved the molding quality of the micro-plastic parts.
