【摘要】:寶雞市地處西北部平原,是連接東西部的重要交通要道,市內三區(qū)九縣,一個高新技術產業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū),主要道路有經二路、新建路、紅旗路、公園路、火炬路、清姜路、中山路、高新大道等。根據(jù)寶雞市近些年各監(jiān)測代表點的環(huán)境噪聲污染現(xiàn)狀資料,分析和討論了寶雞市各條道路近幾年的交通噪聲污染特征,對不同季度不同類型噪聲變化特征進行了對比分析。結果表明,寶雞市功能區(qū)環(huán)境噪聲等效連續(xù)A聲級(Leq)雖然近期逐年小幅度增長,但還是在一定的可控制范圍內,聲學環(huán)境基本保持穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。工業(yè)區(qū)噪聲情況有所好轉,而交通密集區(qū)、社會生活區(qū)則相對比較差,雖然超出標準限值,但不明顯。相比較而言,建筑施工噪聲Leq相對平穩(wěn)且平均低于標準限值。寶雞市城區(qū)噪聲超標現(xiàn)象大部分集中在一些街道兩側的老舊工廠、工業(yè)居住混合區(qū)和鐵路公路等道路交通要道兩側。居住工業(yè)混合區(qū)環(huán)境噪聲質量狀況較嚴峻,混合區(qū)的Leq波動比較平穩(wěn)。交通干線兩側環(huán)境噪聲從2008年起開始有所增高,尤其是夜間升高現(xiàn)象較嚴重。對各功能區(qū)環(huán)境噪聲Leq值、各種噪聲源在噪聲污染中所占比例進行統(tǒng)計分析,評價了各區(qū)域的環(huán)境噪聲污染狀況,結果基本反映了目前寶雞市噪聲污染的實際情況,這對今后繼續(xù)研究寶雞市噪聲污染動態(tài)變化規(guī)律奠定了良好的基礎。最后,根據(jù)對寶雞市城市道路、功能區(qū)噪聲的實地調查與評價結果,針對寶雞市目前環(huán)境噪聲污染治理方面存在的不足,提出了相應的改進措施。本研究可為寶雞市政府相關部門在環(huán)境噪聲污染治理與管理方面的決策提供參考。
[Abstract]:Baoji city is located in the northwest plain, is an important transportation hub connecting the East, nine counties and three districts of the city, a high tech Industrial Development Zone, the main road two road, new road, Hongqi Road, Park Road, Torch Road, Jiang Qing Road, Zhongshan Road high road. According to the environmental noise pollution the status data of Baoji city in recent years on behalf of each monitoring point, the Baoji city in the last few years the road traffic noise pollution characteristics analysis and Discussion on the change of characteristics of different types of noise in different seasons were compared. The results show that the functional district of Baoji city environmental noise equivalent continuous A levels (Leq) despite the recent small increase year by year, but still can be controlled in a certain range of acoustic environment remained stable. Industrial Zone noise is improved, and the traffic area, social living area is relatively poor, although beyond the standard limit, but not obvious. In comparison, the limit value of construction noise Leq is relatively stable and the average lower than the standard. Baoji City exceed the standard phenomenon mostly in some noise on both sides of the street of the old factory, industrial mixed residential area and the railway highway traffic arteries on both sides. The environmental noise quality of the residential industrial mixing zone is more serious, Leq wave mixing area comparison smooth traffic arteries on both sides of the environmental noise began increased since 2008, especially at night increased severely. The functional areas of environmental noise Leq, various noise sources in noise pollution in the proportion of statistical analysis, evaluation of the environmental noise pollution situation in different regions, the results basically reflect the actual situation of noise pollution in Baoji the city, which laid a good foundation for further changes of pollution dynamic noise of Baoji city. Finally, according to the road of Baoji city, Investigation and evaluation of the results of functional area noise, aiming at the shortage existed in Baoji environmental noise pollution, the corresponding improvement measures were proposed. This study provides references for the relevant departments of the Baoji municipal government decision-making in environmental noise pollution control and management.
